The response was fast. I got an issue with my account, due to inactivity, so I contacted support.
I got the issue resolve in 8 minutes!.

I have purchased two accounts from glow node and it was without a hitch . Their customer support were quite responsive if I needed an answer or was quite unclear about any of their rules

Glow node fx was an a new company for me but their support and guidelines was great . They did not rush the trader with time limit and the support is immense. I will trust the glow node fx .

I was away on vacation where I didn't have a consistent internet connection. Unfortunately, my account challenge was deactivated due to inactivity.
I reached out to Glow-Node support and they kindly offered to reinstate my account this one time. Thanks Glow-Node!

As long as they had Metatrader everything was ok. Match Trader doesn't work for me, support didn't solve anything for me.I lost 2 accounts due to inactivity,I do not intend to trade on mobile.I will also let the last account expire and Glow Node never again.I do not recommend, there are much better companies than them

I think this is one of the best prop firms out there. So far my experiences have only been positive. I am still a beginner, but the customer service replies are very fast and helpfull. trading executions have also been fast. So glow node is definitely the right choice.

It’s unfortunate because I did really like the look of this firm. However, after completing phase 1 and 2, during the review they refused to grant me a funded account due to a hidden rule in T&C and stated the following.

“ Due to the fact of not enough trades having a Stop Loss we are unable to offer you a funded account this time. As stated in our Terms and Conditions at least 25% of your trades must have a Stop loss.”

I feel as though this should be easy information to access on the main page and not deep in the T&C’s

Better off at other funding firms and not wasting time or money.

This fund is so bad. I passed 2 rounds, but they didn't give me a real account, using this and that reason. Not only that, they also didn't refund my fee and blocked my email. I have photos to prove that this fund is fraudulent.
