I received my order within the delivery time frame. It was packaged well. All goodies safe and protected. My little boy is going to be over the moon with his Christmas gifts. Incredible service. Ordered two sets of lights, one on back order to be dispatched 8th December. Whole order ended up being dispatched earlier than advised which was a welcome surprise, but when the order arrived, one set of lights wouldn’t work. Emailed them to ask if they could help me out with a return and replacement, and they replied immediately advising they were dispatching a second set to me. Second set works perfectly and came quickly. Thanks very much!

The lamp I ordered was delivered promptly and was just as advertised. I was very happy with the level of communication I received around my order- thanked for my order and the order acknowledged and then informed when my order had been dispatched.
And - a plus - NOT spammed with lots of marketing material about every other product the Glow Company supplies! (Something too many suppliers fall down on)

Parcel was sent to my daughter’s house and she said it arrived in good condition. It also arrived quickly.

I received the above order today, as expected, of the 100 Victorian Lantern Christmas Tree Lights, and I am beyond happy with the Christmas Tree Lights.

I have, for a few years, been trying to find a bigger set of these to go with my original Kingfisher set for my bigger Christmas tree. I have purchased (and wasted money and time) buying a very poor attempt of manufacturing by Noma, to have terribly pitiful colours, brightness and quality, often having broken or misplaced parts and disordered colours.

I thought that I would never be able to purchase the exact same equivalent lights again. Thankyou for stocking such a quality product and beautifully packaged item.

I will of course be giving a glowing review if you could let me know how and where.

Bought a bouncy disco ball that wasn't bouncy and a glow in the dark ball that didn't glow. Waste of money. Company didn't publish my review on their website
