These were expensive sweets, they did nothing for pain
I'm so sorry to write a negative review, this is the first time I've ever written a negative. These did absolutely nothing for any of my pain. I took as many as 10 at a time, maybe my arthritis can't be helped with these. I did think I'd get some relief, after all this is quite an expensive product, but unfortunately this was not the case. I write a review on everything I buy as I rely on reviews when I buy a product, this is why I give honest reviews. I did like the taste of them, but they were an expensive sweet.

Poor service
Ordered some gummi’s on the Saturday and was charged £3.10 for delivery which was stated as 2 - 3 working days, so expected them Tuesday or Wednesday. Emailed on Wednesday afternoon as they had not arrived and Evri’s tracking was showing they had not even arrived with them. Got a response Thursday informing me they were out for delivery even though Evri was still showing nothing. Thursday evening they still had not arrived so I emailed again and received an apology but no explanation as to where the product was. Finally arrived Friday, if I pay for delivery I expect to receive the product within the stated delivery time, won’t use them again.

Very poor service
After receiving an out of date product, I sent an email to the company. A few days past with no reply so I decided to engage with them via a chat service. This chat was very brief and not many messages were exchanged. The conversation, however, was drawn out over 3 days. At points I was waiting 4/5 hours for a reply. It was such a painful process and, despite receiving an in date replacement, I will not be going anywhere near Glowbar London ever again. Very very poor service

The vape was leaking, I sent it back.. sent multiple emails requesting a replacement and finally when I got a response I was accused of not actually returning the product.. shocking service, broken vape £20+ down the drain
