Absolute 5* Service
Looking around on the web for a Zappi EV Charger, I saw Glow EV had the item I wanted
I contacted them by email to confirm stock and delivery asap
I received an email back with in minutes saying that they did not have the item in the warehouse but could get one from another supplier and to me within 2 days
Well I was a bit apprehensive as to whether I would actually get this item or it was just a sales tactic
However, I was assured that they would over night the item to themselves, then, over night it to me
I received several emails at each stage of the transaction telling me where it was in transit
And sure enough, true to their word, I received my delivery by 12pm within 2 days
I could not of asked for anything more to be done
Great service, Great communication, and honest information about the whole process
