Ordered items from glowface that were shipped right away. Unfortunately, the items were seized and returned by customs. I contacted glowface after confirming this with FedEx and they refunded me right away! Legit company. Although items were not received I'm still happy with my experience with this website and if not for EU customs, they would have a regular customer.

GlowFace is now my trusted source for Korean beauty and skin care. This review is after my 3rd shipment from them. Their prices are competitive, communication is excellent, customer support is very responsive and timely, their shipping is prompt using major carriers and they actively track shipments for customs delays/issues, keeping customers informed. (I had an issue and they were very proactive and ensured that I received my order asap). From my perspective, they go above and beyond and I look forward to being a long-term customer with GlowFace.

Shopping and purchasing with Glowface has been such a wonderful experience. I can’t get over how fast their shipping is. I placed an order Sunday evening and received my order Tuesday morning. Well let's start with the ordering process that was fine but everything after that went downhill rapidly ohhh they will tell you it's on the way without telling which carrier t will be with them after sometime while your still looking for said package nothing and I mean nothing is on the arising then you contact them and that's when the funeral begins ohhh they string you along until u realize you've been had and you and generations after you will be dead before you see a refund i finally told them to keep the crap cause lord knows I'm never and I mean never going to get it so if I could give minus stars I would but what I can say is NEVER ORDER FROM THIS SITE UNLESS YOU HAVE MONEY TO LOOSE
