All I can say about GlowGreen Solar Panels is that they use very High Pressure sales techniques, I was interested, but I have lost count of the number of phone calls, emails that I have had from them, their product may well be very good, but their sales people need to get their act together, very off putting.

A very easy process from start to finish. All the people we spoke to were very helpful. The contractors were great.

Let me tell you how fantastic Glow Green are, I was shopping around for solar and battery packages, and I had a few quotes from competitors, which I thought was good, until I spoke with Liam at glow green, and thank god I got him, he was polite and professional and new exactly what I was after, he gave a very good price which was lower than what I’d had, I went back to some of the others to see if they could get any cheaper, which they did, so I went back to Liam and asked to see if he could do slightly better, which he did, it was still slightly over the competitors but the level of trust and knowledge received from Liam and there reviews on trustpilot, made me decide, so confirmed with Liam and set a date for installation, everything went to plan all on time and when Matthew and the team turned up, they were spot on amazing, they were polite, professional and respectful, and they showed me how everything works and everything was cleared up at the end, absolutely couldn’t be any happier with glow green and Matthew’s team,
The follow ups by glow green after has been great making sure everything is going ok and making sure we had all the certificates.

So needless to say don’t go anywhere else, book with glow green you won’t regret it

Great service from start to finish. The planning and purchase was expertly handled with all technical questions handled in a way I could understand. The equipment delivery was on time and notice was given as to when it would be delivered. Scaffolding Team were prompt and did a great job, nest and tidy. The install team were also great, helped decide and explain where all items would go and they did a very neat job in terms of the install. Follow up call was received to fix any issues, I had a discount missing that was promptly applied. Handover docs supplied in a timely manner, all building regs etc handled. All in all a great service from start to finish. Will definitely recommend.

I had a really good experience with glow green. We had solar panels installed through them and it was a really smooth process-good communication, everything delivered and done when we were told it would be, and great installers (CME Electrical), very tidy install. Whoever you choose to install your solar system take it from me you will not find a better company to deal with. All aspects from start to finish are Five Star ,and a special mention must be made to the installation team Joe and his colleagues who where exceptional.

The installation team were great and worked very hard during a very hot day. Considering the scaffolding on arrived that morning they did well to get finished and they had to reconfigure the panels

Good communication from the start and kept me updated through process. Installation team were very good, answered any questions we had and got on with the job to finish in 1 day. Very pleased with results and would recommend.

Poor customer service from glow green following install. Several phone calls never responded to or followed up. Complaint raised and poor communication from the complaints department also.

the people putting up the panels were great Sparkys, they kept us informed on what they were doing. They could not do it all in a day as the scaffolders van broke down so there was no scaffolding up as they were booked for the same day when they should have come before.
We felt we could have done with
better tuition with regard to the app.
The customer service was not that great as I had
to call them a number of times as to when the sparkies were coming back.
I gave them 5 stars as the elicitations and the scafolding people were great and eventually the job was done to our satisfaction.

Everything was okay, no problem. Just a bit different. They said this is the one Job they took a little while instead of finish one day they took 3 to 4 day Butt not bad little bit taking Slogh to help you to do everything

Great communication with arranging solar panels and despite a delay due to authorisation paperwork the installation was only delayed a week.

The experience with the sale and installation went smoothly. There was an issue on battery and inverter location but the installation team came up with a better location.

Would of been 5 stars apart from a couple of things.

They take.forever.to remove the scaffolding after numerous requests.

There was a problem with marrying the figures to what was agreed and had to cal numerous times until they were correct.
The installers.were.very good and efficient.
Overall my experience could of.been better but would recommend them.

In May, we decided to expand our battery storage after having our solar panels and battery system installed last year. We originally had two Dura-i 5 batteries, providing 10.24 kWh of storage.

We have been so pleased with the performance of the solar panels, batteries, and inverter that adding more storage was an easy decision. The additional battery was installed in May by Glow Green.

A special mention goes to the electrician Conor Kind, who was brilliant. He was highly professional, completed the installation to a high standard, and took the time afterwards to explain the increased storage capacity and answer all of our questions.

I would highly recommend Glow Green to anyone considering a solar or battery installation.
