Very poor experience, not recommended
I placed an order and paid on March 4th. The stated delivery time was 20–30 business days.
After the tracking didn’t update for a long time, I contacted the seller. On March 14th, they replied that the package would arrive by the following week (by March 22nd), which did not happen.
Since the promised delivery was not fulfilled, I requested a cancellation on March 23rd. The seller refused, claiming the package had already been shipped. Later they stated the parcel was lost and sent again.
The delivery was not made to the address I provided. Instead, the package was redirected to a parcel locker without my consent. I did not collect it and it was returned to the sender.
In the end, I had to open a dispute through my bank to get a refund.
Very unprofessional and unreliable service. I do not recommend this store.
