They are thieves and should be shutdown. I ordered a makeup bag 3 months ago and never received it. Reached out to customer service and was told they would refund me If it didn’t arrive within a week. A week passed and I still didn’t receive anything. Asked for my refund but they responded by sending me the tracking info, which wasn’t helpful because it was written in Chinese and when I put it into google translate it said that it was in China. I’ve been asking for a refund now for more than a month and now I’m not even getting a response. Recall that I ordered this over 3 months ago! Band of thieves. Don’t order anything from them!

Definitely a scam. Ordered makeup bag and never received any confirmation or the product even though they promptly charged my credit card. Ordered it over a month ago and haven’t received anything yet. Had to dispute and reverse the charge with my bank.

SCAM!!! YOU WILL PAY AND NOT RECIEVE YOUR PRODUCT! Still waiting for a refund from PayPal, trying to get my money back. Ordered back in March 2020 and given a fake shipping number. It's almost June, still nothing.

Horrible! Scam stated that my item was delivered however the tracking number didn't exist in USPS system. When I emailed them Edward Garcia was rude and very unprofessional. DON'T ORDER A DAMN THING FROM THEM

Scam! Scam! Scam! I already tried to report this company to the BBB and they didn’t even have a record of this company at its address listed. I order this product back on March 20th and still never received the merchandise. I reached out serval times and was provided fake tracking information. I finally went ahead and started a fraud claim with me bank to try to get my money back since when I requested a refund I was told to see their refund policy. The refund policy states 30 days after receiving the package which clearly can’t be done seeings how I still never received the package. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. I REPEAT DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY

This company has horrible customer service. I was making all efforts to be patient with the company due to the recent events of covid-19, but it’s been well over a month and the company gives me a run around every time I request an update and now a refund. I stated several times I wanted a refund and no longer wanted the item and the agent Mr.Garcia was both unprofessional and rude! I’m questioning whether or not this is even a real site, but if it is PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM!

This is my second time buying in this store and loving my new makeup bag.

Glowrie beauty is a scam company. They are going to take your money and run away with it because that’s exactly what they did to me. Trust me do not buy anything from this company. They also have incredibly bad customer service. They delete comments they don’t like on the company’s Instagram page. I made a bad decision and bought a product a month ago and I never received it. They never got back to me about giving me a refund when I reached out. The guy I talked to named Edward Garcia was awful. He sent me a link to my package but in a completely different language that I couldn’t understand. Had the worst experience with this company. Please don’t ever support this scam company. I will never recommend this brand to anyone unless someone wants their money to be stolen right out from under them.

I wish I had read the reviews before ordering through Facebook advert. I spent $32 but shipping to U.K. you will never receive your product. I have emailed a dozen times each time they use the excuse the parcel is lost due to Corona virus and promise if sending out again which is never received. I have emailed through their apparent website and always the same person Edward Garcia replies. Even the reply I would not go through direct as that could also be a further SCAM problem with my emails.

I ordered a makeup bag from this company and received a tracking number that was invalid. Tried to contact the company through their social media, with no success! The only other option I had was to open a dispute with PayPal and hope I get my money back! Please Do Not Order from Glowrie Beauty! This company is a SCAM!!!

UPDATE: They have since disabled their website and is now going by the name of ForeverChick! Be careful shopping online, these scammers are relentless!

If they 0 stars would give that! ther customer service is 'none' with staff being and using threaten behaviour to customers just trying to chase therr order in placed over a month ago and sent emails over 25 times to find out where my order was with no response 'they have blocked me on Facebook and instragram for no reason what so ever' as i woulf not give them my bank details and would not give me therr names! Of that's is not doggy don't know what it is! Do not use this company or touch then with a barge poll

This Company has been nothing but problems. I ordered a Tat Brow 6 Jan and still have not received. The company claims it's coming from China. Slow boat for sure. But asking for tracking, I get nothing. I have emailed them only to have broken English from someone called Edward and at that he makes no apologies. I have contacted Paypal as that was the payment which wasn't cheap $23 US converted to £ and still I am no wiser! I have an open case with Paypay. But as they have said the product is coming it will take awhile to repay me. Terrible Service I think it's a scam!
