not delivered after 1.5 months, avoid advance payment
I placed an order (Order #666600, PKR 2930) for a Vitamin D3 softgel and Roots Hair Treatment Serum on July 23, 2026. I paid a Rs. 500 advance via Easypaisa on August 3rd as instructed to avoid delivery delays.
It has now been over a month and my order still hasn't arrived. Every time I follow up, I get vague responses like "you will receive shortly" or requests to resend the same payment screenshot I'd already shared multiple times. I even confirmed the order promptly, sent proof of payment, and shared the shop location for delivery reference — yet there's been no real update or tracking info.
When I asked for a refund of the advance since the order clearly wasn't being fulfilled, I still didn't get a clear resolution. Communication has been repetitive and unhelpful, with no accountability for the delay.
I'd recommend being cautious about paying any advance to this seller. Hopefully this gets resolved, but as of now I cannot recommend purchasing from them.
