Currently half way through my treatment and WOW what a difference already! The best smile makeover out there 😬❤️🤭

If I could have check no stars I would have. This is the most conniving company I have ever seen. They give you fake tracking numbers to say it was delivered by USPS. and not a valid usps tracking number. All they showed it was delivered. The tracking info says it was handed to an individual which it was not and after checking the security camera no one came to my house. They should not be allowed to take advantage of people. PayPal sided with Glow Smile and I’m out $115.00 of my hard earned money. I should have known product coming from China. Big lesson learned. Buy American.

Both the smart brush and plaque lifter are not quality items. The plaque lifter vibration hurts the teeth and doesn't do the job. The smart brush is too big. When I asked for a refund, they only offer a 20% refund and a 5%restocking fee! READ THAT AGAIN! It has already been in my mouth, and they want to restock it for the next person! I have started the process to get a refund in January. It is currently April and I still don't have a refund.
I would give this company a zero star rating.

Terrible customer service. Didn’t pay shipping so my item never arrived. They are terrible to deal with.

I had to pay you the shipping cost, to even get the item I paid way to much for. Even though it said free shipping they also use a fake name and address based out of Illinois. Whatever you do don't trust them! They don't care about anyone.

This product didn't clean my teeth at all. I was very disappointed after reading the great reviews on line. Now I can't get customer support to respond to my request for return and refund. I've emailed 6 times already, no answer!!

I'm happy with the result, you do see a difference. However, the last 2 times my refill arrived 3,4 days too late.

Ordered in Aug 2025. The tracking number shows the parcel reached the country but was returned to sender without delivery to me. Seller support (“Emma”) kept asking for my address and re-sending the same tracking number, without acknowledging the return. No replacement was sent, no refund offered. My bank refunded me because GlowSmile failed to deliver.

I like the idea but my teeth don’t always feel quite clean so need to finish off with my electric toothbrush

I Purchase the new tooth brush product from this company, trial it as instructed, IT DOES NOT WORK, so i ask for a refund, they first tried to offer a discount on a product I didn't want, and then after several back and forth email, I asked for a full refund. I asked before sending the item back at a cost of £16.86 will I get a full refund including the postage I was told yes.

I returned the item and weeks went by, I then had to once again prompt this company to refund my money. They then once again asked for proof of sending their item, which I had already done.

They then proceeded to refund only the cost of the item not the postage of returning it to them, as was agreed.

I once again emailed them questioning this and was told the return was outside their returns policy. I informed them I had corresponded and it was agreed I would get a full refund including the postage, I have now once again not heard a thing.

The customer service of this company is appalling, the product does not work and their customer service is the worst I have experienced. I would never recommend this company, do not waste your money.

this whole thing has taken 2 months to sort.

My order has not been delivered. I have sent multiple emails and I assume they are using AI to respond because their response is always the same - give us time. My order was made and paid for in April we are now June.
I can only think that GlowSmile is a scam.

I would like to see medical tests for long term use. …. But it does work ! Thanks.

I haven’t noticed any great improvement as of yet but a good way of cleaning teeth, but not sure if it covers back teeth?

This product does not work. It leaves plaque on the teeth which is visible using disclosing tablets. I have asked for my money back (as per their "money Back Guarantee". First offer was 10%, now they have increased it to 20%. This is not good business at best. At worst? I'll leave that to your judgement.
I will adjust this review if they do as promised, and offer a full refund.
