Terrible company. Don't recommend at all. I ordered a toy dog which supposed to look and act like a real one but I got some cheap toy which didn't event look like the one advertised plus can only walk and squeak (not event bark). I paid almost 40 euros. When I wanted to return to they gave me adress in China, and would have to pay 20 euros for the return package. I was able to get 25% refund of the original cost if I won't send it back. I didn't have better choice so I agreed. Stay away from those scammers.

Ordered a gps tracker for my car 25 Euro packet never arrived wrote GLOWVANA not there problem.....email always the same no refund....lass die Finger weg....funny I write a email in English and get a answer in German but in the reviews they answer in English...all of a sudden they can write English ...DESART ECOM LIMITED, 2 Frederick Street, Kings Cross, London, WC1X 0ND, United Kingdom....contacted them and they are now calling me a lier unbelievable saying i have received my package....die haben das Paket schon zurück geschickt zu mir aber ich dachte das war schon geliefert....to be continued
