I had read bad reviews about the company and was hesitant to order, but when I emailed them to ask them what their likely delivery timeframe was, they responded really quickly, which gave me confidence in their customer service.

The company said they couldn’t guarantee a timeframe for delivery but it would likely be two weeks. I ordered and I received my order the following week, and it was beautifully packaged.

Absolutely right about contacting customer service! Awful!
May be more professional to actually say what the delay is, as very vague and non committal!
I wish I hadn’t ordered from this site now and I should have read the reviews !

Your reply was quite rude as I haven’t ordered from you before, and you have now said you will refund me but the email from you says this :

ORDER #6418
Your order has been canceled
Order #6418 was canceled at your request and your payment has not yet been refunded.
Which means you have not refunded me at all!

Umm that order number is not mine!! You emailed me back on the email I sent you so strange that are now saying you haven’t received my emails??

I ordered a month ago and it’s still not arrived. There is no contact info or complaints procedure beyond and email address that you don’t get a response from.

Do not buy from this company, it’s a scam! I am raising my complaint with the trading standards and Action Fraud.

Ordered 5th Feb.
I emailed 9th Feb (reply from sales manager Lulu apologising for delay and that it would be on a priority dispatch and tracking would be sent to me - nothing!)
I emailed again 18th Feb - no reply
I emailed again 19th Feb - no reply

The only response I finally received was from here after making this complaint. There is NO other means of contact for this company beyond an email.

A company that doesn’t detail their registered company name, legally registered address and contact details within their privacy policy and terms of service which indicates a compliance issue and doesn’t fuel consumer trust!

I ordered this product well over a week ago, I've had no emails and no reply to any emails when asking for it to be cancelled or refunded, i didn't read their reviews till after i placed the order and now i am down on money and product and no communication from this company.

I ordered a set of whitening gels over the Christmas period. Due to many bank holidays there was a slight delay with my order. I emailed to ask when I could expect my delivery and I was given a really speedy reply. They offered me a discount for my next order and gave me a swift update. I recieved my order just a few days later. Great customer service.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.
I ordered from the website 10 days before Christmas and have still not received anything. After emailing, which is the only point of contact available, I was refunded shipping costs and later given a Yodel tracking number which was false. I have now emailed 4 times requesting a full refund as this is clearly a scam. There has been absolutely no contact at all and still no product.

I ordered over 10 days ago and still haven’t received any confirmation to say out delivery. Extremely disappointed as I would have recommended this site to other people but the service has been awful.
No product received.

Company I contacted on the 23rd with next day delivery and paid.

No emails. No correspondence.

I've asked for a refund.

Poor service. Didn't add the delay disclaimer either before the 23rd of they had Id never have ordered.

My teeth whitening order arrived in two days as expected and the Royal Mail tracking helped a lot. Although I was worried about the negative reviews I read, I placed the order as I have been using the Boutique whitening gel for years and needed this brand. It was my first order and based on my experience I would order again from Glow White teeth.

WOW is all I can say to the results I get from these whitening gels! Super fast dispatch and tracked delivery. Will definitely purchase again from this company. Thank you

Having ordered before and waited a long time I was hasty but they told me the owner was unwell and now business being run by other employees, I can confirm I ordered two days ago and gels have just arrived. Will use again as they responded within the day to my email! Can’t but not give 5* Thank you very much

I bought 2 teeth whitening syringes from this company and it's so weird you can't contact them yet they keep on sending out emails with sorry your product is late
I could have brewed my own teeth whitening gel whilst waiting for you lot. Angry isn't the word I tell you
