I ordered from Glowy™ Danmark last week and paid for express delivery (4-6 days), but the shipment was delayed, and I didn’t receive tracking info or a reply to my inquiry. While I’m disappointed it didn’t arrive in time for a gift, I hope the product, when it arrives, meets expectations.
I placed an order a week ago in which I paid for express delivery (4-6) days, and received no tracking info and obviously not my order. I wrote them two days ago to ask about it and got no answer back. To this point I don’t even know if I will receive my product as it’s been just dead silence since I paid. Super disappointed as it’s for a b-day gift which I couldn’t give in time.
And also, why did I pay for faster delivery if this is what I get?
I regret buying from this website honestly…
