Never receive home deliveries
I have ordered a home delivery and stayed home to receive the parcel multiple times, however, most of the time I get a notification that no one was home and that the parcel will be delivered to a pick up location.

Coop 365 terrible pickup point
GLS delivered the package on time at the Coop 365. I was therefore notified that the delivery was ready for me to pick it up. I went to the Coop365 shop but could not pick it up, because of issues with their system that prevented them to load the package … so I was told to come back the day after, which I did. This time I had to wait for good 10 minutes until the cashier finally decided to stop processing shopping items, look for the package and finally deliver it to me. What is the point of such low quality delivery service?

GLS didn't ring and said I wasn't home
GLS said I wasn't home and brought the package to a pickup point. I was home all day specifically to wait for the delivery and no one came/rang the bell. Thankfully the pickup point was nearby but still pretty annoying.
