Our guidelines regarding proxies are as follows:
- once we have scanned the power of attorney, the responsibility is passed on to the recipient of the package.
Therefore, unfortunately I cannot help you as it has been delivered correctly.

Very bad experience
Very bad experience.
They send your parcel to the Pakke Shops far away from Your location. In the same time there are Pakke shops very close to Your adress (walking distance).
But for GLS you have to drive to another district to pick up Your parcel.
I do not recommend.
If you cannot select a destination when ordering - stay better stay away from GLS!
