Everytime i choose home delivery. They will say nobody is home, eventhough i am home all day.

Delivery Issue, package number 050278521554. - Paid for Home Delivery but Sent to Parcel Shop

I specifically paid a premium for delivery to a private address, yet the package was left at a GLS parcel shop. As I have already paid for door-to-door service, could you please arrange for it to be redelivered to my home address as originally requested?

We have an estimated deliverytime between 7 AM-16 PM on workdays 📦


If it's not possible for you to wait at home for the driver to arrive, I would recommend that you create a signature release authorization for your GLS parcels. You can do this at www.gls.dk/fuldmagt.


As an alternative you can order your parcel to be delivered directly to a ParcelShop nearby, so you can pick up the parcel when it is convenient for you 💙

you didn’t even deliver it …

i gave you my address twice, my building has unlocked doors, reception AND. myrenz box. you FAILED to deliver twice. i don’t believe you tried to deliver it in the slightest. then you put it in hjalesse which is much further than other package pickup options for no reason. i paid 55dkk to get the package delivered to my home and that was a complete waste of money as i had to pick it up anyways.
