It was supposed to deliver at home address , It showed up “can’t be delivered” , and after few hours it delivered to little bit far (25 mints by walk)from home address .

Very unsatisfied with handling the mistake on the company side
My parcel was supposed to be delivered in front of my door, however delivery guy mistook my address with another, and nobody was at that adress so they put my parcel into pakkeshop. I can understand that can happen, even though my adress information was filled correctly, street number is displayed visible and I have name on the bell. However what bothered me, was that when I explained to customer service that that wasn't my address which they approved they told me I have a right have my parcel to be delivered to my address but it would take 2-3 days. When I explained that I chose their service because I wanted my parcel to be delivered on time (in the parcel I had medication that I needed to take) which in my opinion would be appropriate compensation, they told me it's not possible. I think this has been my worst experience with GLS that I have had and it is pretty convincing for me to choose another delivery option/company next time.
