Whatever you do do not order off these people I ordered my son some work clothes they have never replied to me. I rang the number she answered as soon as I said that I’d order some clothes. She blocked me and now I can’t get hold of anybody as I live in the UK And she lives in Ireland apparently otherwise I’ll be straight round there and she’s done this to hundreds of people, I do not know how she has not been locked up for fraud

It seems like you can just do what the hell you want these days as this is not the first time it has happened to me might just set up my own fake company as these get away with it on a day-to-day basis robbing people of the hard earned cash 😡😡😡😡

Do NOT waste your money on this scam of a company!
I ordered the 26th Dec, it has advised on the shipping policy that it's 1 day dispatch. Bearing in mind, the holidays, I didn't expect it to come for a week or so.
I never heard anymore after comformation email... I have tried contacting them, via phone, email and social media and no reply.
I'm so sorry I hadn't checked the reviews first because I wouldn't have ordered.
Thankfully, my bank are amazing and working on getting the payment back for me.
I searched for the registered company name which I couldn't find under GLS clothing, but found GLS Corporation Ltd at the same address and if this is the same company, they have been served with a notice to dissolve so be VERY VERY careful!

Placed an order took nearly 150 pounds of my cash..3 week later still no delivery.
Can anyone explain to me how to contact these lot.

Do not use this company I have order kids clothing and paid for it on 11 October 2024 and still haven't received my item I have emailed the company and no reply the item was stated the it was dispatched to royal mail scam company

Poor service! Never received my order! No reply to emails or messages.

Awful service never reply to emails my partner ordered on the 11th June still waiting avoid this company

Placed an order nearly 3 weeks ago.
Still no delivery and GLS have not replied to emails on the matter.

Purchased item in March for gift too small.
Emailed to request information on exchange process no reply.
Returned tracked requesting exchange for larger size on 8th April still waiting no communication.
This is the second time I have purchased for them,
First time no issues however reluctant to use again now.

Their clothes are a great fit, chic, comfy, and always on point." Owner is extremely helpful and really knows how to make you look good.

I ordered some boots had a notification to say they was despatched then a email the next day saying they had supplier issues so was issuing a refund I had paid £50 on a voucher I received for Christmas and some extra on a bank card I have received the money back in my bank but nothing about the voucher i emailed rang text and messaged on facebook but had nothing back they ignore everything and I am still £50 down I would avoid doing anything with this company at all costs

Terrible company. Bought a pair of boots and they are way to small for size ordered Returns policy is terrible I will need to pay myself to return as they don’t fit that’s £7 as has to be tracked then if had longer than 30 days they will Send back to me! Bought for an Xmas gift had longer than 30 days contacted this company by what’s app and by email to see if they would still let me return as a Christmas gift and had no reply on either message at all. Boots come up much smaller than size bought and I’m really annoyed as spent £60 I will never get back.

They are charging treble the price of other stores. They are misadvertising their products. They don’t respond to emails or WhatsApp. They delete your reviews off Facebook.
€40 in Guineys versus £95 with GLS for exact same boot. They were PU leather instead of leather.
