All around top-tier for an international customer (though inside the eurozone). Packaging and ordered product has always been of great quality, and it just seems like a wholesome business borne out of passion. Nothing to criticize really, there is no substitute for me.
Under 25 days delivery to India. 1st Spore syringe sent by the Vendor got damage in transit and the first syringe only had few spores and less than 1 ml of Liquid in it, I used that less than 1 ml of liquid, and the spores are so healthy that the liquid culture grew from that damaged syringe. I also sent a video of the damaged product delivery and Vendor immediately sent a replacement after looking at the video of the damaged product. Absolutely healthy and top-notch spores. Perfect customer service and perfect product. Sadly, the vendor doesn't have the Albino Penis Envy so i have to go elsewhere for the Albino species. I highly recommend dealing with this vendor.
Update: The Second replacement which the vendor sent had incomplete address printed on it and the vendor accepted his mistake of not printing the address properly and asked me to not place an order on his store even when he was in the wrong for not printing the address properly.
Important tip : Pray to god that the vendor has done good packaging and no liquid gets lost in transit and also pray for the vendor to printout the address correctly. And do not pointout the vendors mistake if he did any because then you would lose an important source of very healthy spores as the vendor would ask you to not place an order to him for a mistake done by him.

Had a great experience. The exact order I made could not be fulfilled so I was emailed promptly with good alternatives and everything went really smoothly.

An absolute disappointment, unprofessional business practices. I waited for over 5 weeks and sent a dozen emails, but never received details about my shipment. After repeated complaints I finally got refunded, but what a waste of time and energy.
