DONT BUY !!!! I’ve ordered the glutey gains with the extra 80kg! After asking multiple times for a return address they don’t respond! Also the machine made so cheap ! And it’s absolutely not near the hip thrust you do at the gym ! Please don’t waste your money !!!
Received the 140kg bundle and a 30kg burner band, everything came ok, there are marks on it and personally i dont think it will be anywhere near as good as the gym equipment,
Want to return but customer service is none existent, no return information and ability to return, im even questioning the reviews on the website as theres no easy way to leave a review, leading me to believe they are fake,
Ive emailed twice about requesting a return and no reply whatsoever.

Great customer service, I ordered a few things and received them but unfortunately had a missing item, I contacted customer service and they sorted out the missing items and sent them special delivery to me!

I ordered from Glutey Gains expecting a premium product with extra weights (140kg bands instead of 80kg) for a higher price. Unfortunately, I never received the additional bands. After multiple ignored emails, I eventually got poorly written excuses about their materials being "stolen" and promises of next-week delivery that never materialize. It's been over three weeks, and I’m still waiting. Extremely disappointed with the lack of communication and failure to resolve the issue. Avoid this company if you expect reliable service.
