Don't expect a full refund for faulty products
After several emails and numerous images taken in different ways to appease customer services, Glyteywear kindly agreed that I could return a faulty bikini bottom for a refund (bikini bottoms are not usually refundable).
As I had purchased the matching top, I returned this too as there’s no sense in keeping half a bikini. However I was only partially refunded; 83% of the cost of goods returned to be precise.
Don’t get me wrong, I appreciate that Gluteywear is a small company a can’t cover return costs and that’s fine BUT, in the spirit of transparency and not annoying customers who are prepared to pay a premium for your products please be honest! Make it clear at point of purchase:
* What is not returnable (with product details and retiterate when in basket - don't hide this in your Ts and Cs)
* That the customer is liable for cists to return items (yes, even faulty products)
* Where a “restocking” fee applies, what this is / what this applies to
* If 100% of the product cost won’t be refunded, tell us WHY
This was my first purchase and based on the poor customer service experience, this will likely be my last… It’s a shame, really…

Best leggings ever
These leggings are the comfiest and so flattering! Its important that I have a legging that is firm on my tummy and also that doesnt give me a camel toe!! These are just perfect. I think i could buy them in every colour.
