The Machine I love
Delivery sevice and communication was great. Indeed, the product is of high quality and the price is good. I like that this is an old Swiss brand with aviation and space flight heritage. Not a fashion brand. The packaging was really done well as well, little details, like a keyholder with Glycine and aviation reference, and the branded boxes contribute to the experience toi. But the main attraction is the watch itself. The robust yet pretty design, the metal used, this is like a heavy duty machine , but a delicate instrument as well.

What a beautiful watch
What a beautiful watch. Haven’t had a day without wearing it. Did change the steel bracelet for a nato, because i was curious what it looked like and haven’t changed it back yet. Will do Some day though.. Anyway, a great 39mm combat sub with a prestine snow white dail. Superb quality for the price. Package was firm and solid. Delivery was also very quick.

The strap ended up being too short
The strap ended up being too short; you can see the metal piece that tightens on both sides. I specifically tried to buy a strap from the watch’s brand to avoid the risk of getting the wrong size, and I ended up very disappointed.

I am sorry to hear but you ordered a 22mm brown leather strap and that is exact what we send out I think you ordered the wrong strap but when it is not used you can send it back for a refund.
Dust inside the watch dial
I just received my watch on 1th April 2026, but unfortunately i found dust inside the watch dial, this is not acceptable and defect in the watch, unfortunately there is no authorized dealer for Glycine here in Saudi Arabia, so please advise what’s the solution for this defect and compensation for this defect?

I purchased a watch from your website. After less than a month of use, it began having issues. I sent it to the service center (at my own expense), taking great care to place the watch in a suitable and secure box. I wrapped it in several layers of protective bubble wrap and ensured it couldn't move in any direction. After the repair service, the center shipped the watch back to me in a large box, where it was simply placed at the bottom without any protection or packaging, free to move and hit the sides in every direction during transit. I am very angry and I will never purchase another watch from this company again.

I really do not understand your review, we send you a prepaid shipping label on 19 February to send in the watch and when it was repaired we send it back without any cost in a watch box what was inside a carton box with protective air cushions.
