Why can't you people handle something simple like not listing items you don't have?

Once again, my GMarket order is canceled because it's a site of fools. Tried to get a Kong toy for my dog. I got this instead:

“The product you ordered cannot be supplied/delivered to the company due to the lack of supply/supply, so we will have to cancel it. We sincerely apologize for not being able to confirm it in advance. If you understand, we will request it directly to the purchase site within tomorrow business hours. We will pay more attention to the management of the company. We are very sorry for the delay in delivery.”

INCOMPETENT FOOLS.

When I was 14, I could grasp this concept when I was buying and selling in my ebay store. It's not hard. Site of complete fools who should be ashamed of themselves for their stupidity and complete incompetence. 8 year olds can get this right but they can't. Absolute fools. Shame on GMarket! What an unprofessional "company!"

UPDATE: Made the mistake of trying the site again to order something more simple, tea, they can handle ONE bag of tea, right? WRONG. Unlike prior orders, the seller actually had this and sent it without cancelling it a hundred times and it was marked as "delivered" and I got the shipping delivery text. NO PACKAGE. I've never not gotten a delivery before in 5 years here. I got management involved and they called the company themselves and they said the delivery person claimed he delivered the package to another building across the city! My building management actually walked me across the city in person to TWO other separate apartment buildings to check their mail rooms and then, after calling the company again because it wasn't in any of the three mailrooms, checked the second building's mailroom again and, of course no package! This company can't do anything right! So now this ordeal has been several days of drama and walking, when I am nearly out of my current supply of tea, and I'm out the money to buy more and have not received my purchased item!!! Don't get ANYTHING on this site if you don't want to risk the drama of not getting it!
