Overpriced Junk – GmbH Berlin Boots Fell Apart in Weeks
I bought a pair of chelsea boots from GmbH Berlin for 450 euros, expecting premium quality. Instead, they fell apart within a week. The leather edges and glue started deteriorating, the sole sank in, and after just three months, they were completely unwearable, my foot was caving into the shoe, making walking painful and uncomfortable.
And the worst part? GmbH’s customer service is a joke. When I reached out, they couldn’t care less and told me to get them fixed at a cobbler at my own expense. When I followed up, they completely ignored me.
For a so-called “luxury” brand, this is an absolute disgrace. If you’re thinking about buying from GmbH, don’t waste your money. Their shoes are poorly made, and their customer service is even worse.
