Will buy from GMC again, good product
Really happy with the Air Purifier I purchased from GMC, I did a lot of research before settling on the GMC brand.... after the first few hours of running it I could definitely notice a difference in the air quality. Had a few minor slip ups with the ordering process, but, nothing major and GMC was very quick to correct the details and Hanlie always responded very quickly... I will likely look at purchasing a GMC dehumidifier in the future based on the quality of the product received and the way in which GMC was able to sort out issues that came up.

Great product, easy to use and great customer service
The product it's self is amazing. Very easy to use.
I did have to exchange the first one I received because of a malfunction but the whole process was extremely smooth and even the call centre person that helped me was extremely understanding. All in all a great experience

Have been using our unit non stop for eight months.
We live in Kwazulu Natal close to the ocean and in summer we struggle to sleep because of the high humidity.
This unit was the only one we found with a large condensate collector. This affirmed to us that it may handle our high humidity.
Well I'm glad to state that at no point we're we ever disappointed.
When we had our heatwave of close to 40 degrees Celsius and average of 92 percent humidity, our unit kept us at a lovely 24.5 degrees of cool crisp air.
Yes you do need to clean the filters often down here, but the unit is off for only about 15 minutes as it is simply so easy to do. I can clean them in three minutes now every two weeks. Really helps keep the room crispy cool.
I can honestly say I'm amazed at this unit as I've had a few before and was never impressed, I was expecting about the same with this one but I've been proven totally wrong.
I love this unit as it cools better than some fixed units and that I thought was impossible.
Anybody who is looking at aircons, you will not be left with a unit that under performs if you use or buy a GMC unit. I'm really impressed and very thankful. Well done GMC.
