firsthand private hire driver for a number of years

Paid the PCN within 24 ours . But the company charge me 5 pound extra twice for admim fee . And yhr promise was if pcn paid on time there will not extra charge .

Hi Ahmad, thanks for your feedbck and sharing your experince with us. We charge £5 admin fee for processing the penalty charge notices. We receives hundreds of PCNs everyday and we need to put more human resources to process all these PCNs. Our £5 fee is the lowest rate among the rest of the PCO car hire companies which sometimes exceeds to £20 per ticket.
We charged you two times for two seperate tickets, ticket references are as below:
