Being a new precious metal and coins buyer, no question is stupid to them. Great customer service, shipping could be quicker
I'm a big fan of the personal service, my rep is great, always letting me know when something new pops up or a good deal. Very knowledgeable and informative staff. Only complaint is how long it takes to ship sometimes, label created 12/4/20, currently 12/16/20 and still has not shipped, however I have had this happen in the past, and it always ships eventually. I've never had a lost package and I don't really mind waiting, not like it's going anywhere once I get it, so bear that in mind if you order and are expecting it by a certain time.
