Very informative and friendly.

I honestly can not say a bad thing about this company. I am in no way their biggest buyer, probably one of the smallest actually, but they still treat me with excellent customer service. Between Charlie and the sales team these guys have it nailed down. 10/10 would recommend.

I like the concept, and it's a great idea but when I receive my package I had $40 worth of silver in a $58 box. I can buy the same thing on the open market cheaper.

The prices are great. The customer service is even better. I've never had a customer service rep go above and beyond like I had with GMR (Thanks, Josh!). Based on that fact alone, I won't purchase Goldbacks/precious metals from any other source.

I like your service but the last bouillon box was a disappointment. The coin looked like it was scrap metal, was it supposed to look like that?. I can send you a picture of it.
