I ordered gold backs a month ago, still haven't received them. My bullion box shipping receipt says the wrong address even though i updated the new address on my account. Somebody called me to confirm the address of the goldbacks delivery so i know that those should be shipped to the correct address. In summary.

Gmr Gold order: A month late and still hasn't shown up.
Bullion Box: Still hasn't shown up and email receipt has the wrong address even though its updated on my account and has been for several weeks.

Amazing service

Did the $49.99 bullion box, paid up front to recieve the greatest value. I immediately wish i spent the $600+ dollars (including over $100 in shipping) on silver right now as opposed to over next 12 months. I received 1 peace dollar, 1 troy oz round, and 2 copper Chris Kyle rounds. While i dont feel i got ripped off, i do feel like for the money, i couldve gotten a better value by purchasing a one time lump amout. I did understand this going in, and wanted to try it out. I will not be renwing my subsription to bullion box at this time, however will re-evaluate later into recieving monthy bullion boxes!

I know COVID is out there, but you guys appear to be the only major precious metals dealer who isn’t shipping. I placed an order several weeks ago and not even an update yet. My business has already been taken elsewhere. *Update - Order was placed on June 6th, received shipment on July 11th. I see some reviews during that time frame that state shipping was very quick.

GMR has the best customer service. Worth the sometimes higher costs. They often do have deals as well- you just have to keep your eye out.
