The first van we bought from them was…
The first van we bought from them was fine, so we decided to change the vehicle to one with a side ramp instead. Unfortunately this did not go well. The ramp went wrong within the first month and one member of their staff was rude and very unhelpful, saying we have sent a mechanic to look at it and that there was nothing wrong. All the other staff we dealt with were helpful.It broke down again and they came and collected the vehicle. They brought it back and said they had fixed it so I asked for a demo and it didn't work. He showed me how to do this manually, which mean't I had to go under the vehicle to release a lever. It broke down again so they collected it for the second time and did let us borrow another vehicle. They didn't contact me to say how long it would take to fix the problem therefore I had to ring them and ask what was happening. We have had no courtesy call!!
