These people are scammers. I ordered 2 pair of the Clarks Sea Breeze Sandals in April. Never received them. Sent them many emails back and forth. They are lost and will not resend and will not give me my 100% money back.
Anyone have any luck with the company Gnasts? I would like to hear from you.
I get the same BS back from every email they sent back. They do not read the emails. Only reply back with the same copy and paste messages.
I would not want to order again from any orders from China. They get your money and you get nothing in return.

They do not even deserve one star but I needed to put one up in order to post my review.
I firmly believe this company is owned by scammers who use a phoney tracking system with their scamming.
I live in a high end condo with confident concierges.
Their “so-called” tracking system said the sale was final with the shoes being delivered.
THAT NEVER HAPPENED‼️
I felt I had to put it out there as I 99.9% feel this company are scammers.
Please be careful.

I recently bought 2 pairs of sandals from this company. They are very poor quality and when I contacted them to return them I never received any reply at all. I emailed them 4 times and got no reply. I would say this company is not one I would recommend or ever do business with again. Two thumbs down and they should be sued and put out of business.

this co is a scam , the sandals i ordered were garbage, nothing like what they showed, so cheaply made that you could not even wear them, just garbage !

I have the same problem. Ordered 4 pairs of sun breeze flip flops only to find out two months later when I checked, that my order was lost somewhere and that they would offer me 40% of my money back. I replied that it wasn’t my fault they got lost or whatever and that either they reorder them for me or give me back the same amount I paid which would be 100%. I’m very angry as they said that they have to recoup their loss as well. Seriously - just refund me 100% - not great customer service at all. Grrr.

I purchase 2 pairs of flip flops the order came to A total of $40. The shoes finally came and they were too small even after ordering a 1/2 size bigger. I was also taken back by the cheaply made closure that they had on the shoes very disappointed! I then sent an email they responded back that they would give me 10% of my money back and if I didn't like them to give them to somebody or sell them. With that I wrote another email explaining I wanted my money back full refund how dare they offer me 10%. I then went to pay pal where I paid from and put Complaint against the company and telling PayPal I wanted my money back. The company then sent me another e-mail offering me 20% and the please take my complaint off pay pal. I refused and asked once again for the address for a return and a fool refund they sent me a bogus address and explained that I had to pay the shipping back to them and I'll be cheaper for me to just keep them and give them to somebody else. Never ever again would I use this company or recommend this company to anyone it's a scam you get your order it doesn't work doesn't fit too big to small doesn't matter to them you're not getting a full refund!

I finally received the Sea Breeze sandals I ordered. They are cheaply made and did not fit well. I asked for a return authorization and refund. After multiple emails to them, they finally emailed back and suggested that I give them to someone else and offered 10% refund. Their website claimed 100% money back guarantee so I told them that is what I wanted. The sandals are no longer on their website. This company should not be allowed to conduct business. I would not have given even 1 star but had to in order to post a comment.

I order sea breeze sandals may 3 2021, order number 210422231236585, when i called about them they told me they got lost and only wanted to refund 50% i said no and they then offer 60% i still said no havn"t heard from them since. this company is a good one to avoid nothing but a scam. told me I had to cover their losse's ,that why only 50% refund.

I wish I could give this site 0 stars. After a month, I received my "Clark" sandals. Horrible! They are NOT Clark sandals, and the upper part was shiny cheap material. I know better than to order anything off of a site advertising on Facebook!!! Now I have to deal with how to return them and how much it'll cost me to send them back to China!! AND when I may finally receive my refund (or whatever's left of my refund1)

I ordered 2 pairs on 5/2/21. They arrived on 6/4/21. I am really disappointed in the quality of the shoes. They are slick on the bottom and the tops look like cheap vinyl. Other than the style, they look nothing like the advertisement. Save your money!

I only wish i could give a -star review!!! The sandals were advertised as Clarks but they are a cheap knockoff that is actually painful on the feet. I have tried to contact the company but they ignore me. If i can help one person from getting scammed it will make me happy. I really wish i had read the reviews first. BUYERS BEWARE

SCAM, SCAM, SCAM- I should have looked at the reviews first but was excited to see Clarks. Also should have known it was too good to be true. They finally arrived and of course a very cheap imitation. They even claimed it was their fault because they were scammed by their supplier though I was going to have to cover the shipping to send it back to China.

This company should not be allowed to advertise. I wish I had seen reviews before I ordered. They show a picture of a regular Clarkes shoe and then send you this horrible example of a fraud. I was so disappointed as I had to wait awhile for delivery. Please DO NOT order their products.

I wish I had read these reviews before I got sucked into buying from these guys. I bought sandals that I thought were Clarks - they were called "Sea Breeze", they looked like Clarks. But boy, were they crappy. Material was cheap, size was wrong, comfort was horrible. I tried to exercise their 30 day return and was told I could keep the sandals and they would return 10% of my purchase price (which amounted to $1.95). Why would I want to keep crap? I wanted to return them for a full refund. They said I had to ship them back to China at my expense. THESE GUYS ARE A TOTAL RIP-OFF. BEWARE!!!

This company is an absolute scam. Advertised as Clark's Sea Breeze sandals, when they FINALLY arrived, they are a very cheap thin plastic knockoff!!!
I am so disgusted! $19.99 and shipping taught me a lesson. Do not buy from advertisement's on Facebook!

The advertisement looks likes Clarks.
They are not! Super cheap. Weird fit, way too big over top of foot. Unwearable. I have exchanged no less than 8 emails and still don't have a return shipping label. Emails are obviously coming from China and return address on the package was

When I Googled that name and address, the information indicated this is all a scam.

I purchased three pr of Clarks sandals for $19.98/ea on 5/4and have not received any status update. Order 210505023636773, I wonder if this was a scam?

I have not purchased anything on this site. I’m suspicious it may not be legitimate because of the price for a pair of sandals I’m interested in. The exact same one shows it’s on sale for $19.98. Scrolling thru the inventory it appears again on sale for $28.98. It is definitely the same shoe with two different sale prices. The higher one is in line with other shops. I haven’t found any for sale as low as $19.98, not even used ones. I won’t be making a purchase from there.
