If you value your money and sanity, steer clear of GNM Management! This so-called "luxury residential and commercial project management company" is nothing but a fraudulent operation designed to scam unsuspecting clients. They lure you in with promises of top-notch service, only to disappear with your money once they’ve started the job—if they even bother to start at all!
My experience with GNM Management has been a nightmare. They began work on my project, took a large sum of money upfront, and then vanished into thin air. No communication, no updates—just radio silence. It’s clear that this company has no intention of delivering on their promises. Instead, they run off with your hard-earned money, leaving your project in shambles.
It’s shocking that they’re still in business. I’ve since discovered numerous others who’ve fallen victim to their scams. They are nothing more than con artists pretending to be professionals. Don’t be fooled by their smooth-talking sales pitch. GNM Management is a total sham.
Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this fraudulent company. They will leave you frustrated, out of pocket, and with nothing to show for it. An absolute disgrace to the industry!
