Their print quality is excellent and…
Their print quality is excellent and I've used them many times in the past, but this time round they did not print the artwork the correct dimensions on a large order. I will probably use them again, but will have to make sure they understand what is required.

Great service. Turned up in super-quick time and the finished products were both great.

Love the boards and colour
Love the boards and colour - only issue was after we ordered the boards we then found out that the fabric was out of stock. Really this should have been checked before we placed the order.

A dissapointing experience
A dissapointing experience from start to finish. Two 4-panel flexi-screens were ordered to match previous screens ordered years ago. Delivery questionnaire was received stating production wouldn't start until it was returned. Realised there might be a problem with colour, so rang the company. Assured order would be on hold "no problem" until my confirmation later in the day.
Rang back to confirm the change and promptly received order acknowledgement stating production would not start until returned. Acknowledgement was wrong (overcharged by £100+) so asked for corrected version which arrived promptly but suddenly included £48 amendment fee, for changes made after production had started. No amendment fee had been mentioned verbally or in writing up to this point.
Rang to ask for amendment fee to be removed and told this was not possible - bit of a "computer says no" moment. Emailed the sales director with my complaint and the amendment fee was removed, as clearly it was possible. No apology received for the overpricing error or the last minute addition of the amendment fee.
Screens were delivered without any prior warning of delivery date, other than a phone call immediately prior to delivery. Fortunately there was someone at the office to take delivery in my absence.
