Feeling like a valued customer
We had a particularly complicated scenario to deal with and Caroline Johnson from the sales team could not have been more helpful. As project managers this is not our area of expertise but we were well looked after and felt a valued customer despite probably being a bit of a pain in the neck at times.

I ordered a display carry bag which…
I ordered a display carry bag which showed handles and a carry strap. the bag has just arrived and on unpacking it, its the right size but has NO shoulder strap. so I WISH TO RETURN THIS BAG AND EXPECT A FULL REFUND, tHANKS FOR WASTING MY TIME ORDERING THIS

Hi Philip, thank you for your feedback. The carry bag on the website doesn't include a shoulder strap and is shown in the image with the handles over the shoulders. As mentioned in our email conversation you're able to return the bag for a full refund, but you have since mentioned you'd like to keep the bag. Poor quality
Communication was great however the product was very poor. We were sent another brochure stand due to the first one being so damaged and the printing poor quality, however that was even worse than the first one. Very confused how this is possible for the printing to be blurry/grainy, especially when the files are vectors. There was then a delay in communication when I had questions about the quality of the second one arriving which is disappointing. Thankfully we received a refund but we are still without a good brochure stand.

We're very sorry that the product you received was unsatisfactory, these comments have been passed onto our production team so that we can stop this from happening in the future. We are looking at the packing of the product, but unfortunately sometimes damage does occur during transit, as we're in the hands of the courier, which is completely out of our control. We will however look to address these issues as best we can.

Really really helpful
