filled out the required form at 11am, sent it. got a text back from a guy called Karim saying that a lawyer would be in touch WITHIN the next two hours. 1pm came and went, no call. called the number three times, straight to voicemail. left a message at 3.08pm saying that if i didn't get a call by lunchtime today then i would take it that the company wasn't interested in taking my case on. no call.
