My package arrived today, l ordered two new J-hook mounts to fit my GoMoto chin mount... Surprise! Three J-hook mounts a straight plus an invert camera mount...(.A Gift)...thanks Gomoto.... A stick-on mount plus a J-hook is all thats needed to front mount a GoPro or similar...simple and lighter..Thanks for the extra parts

The product is good! Even looks good, practical, really small mount. If you dont use the camera, you can take it off with one move. The mount itself doesn't brother on the helmet, really small. Looks good.

The product feels really good and durable. The mounts have zero play and once tightened with the correct torque, will not rattle loose. I am curious to see how the plastic parts hold up against UV sunlight, but so far I am impressed.

The only thing I would have liked to know is that the extension arms / links don't come with screws, but you have to buy them separately. I was not expecting that and I don't know why anybody would buy just the extension arm and not the required screw.

Don't get me wrong: Go-moto is not misleading you in any way. There is no image of the screw shown with the extension arms, I am just baffled why they would not include it as it is required to be able to use the arm.

I originally bought my mount back in September, when I had questions they answered them quickly and clearly, the fit on my helmet was great too. Unfortunately on Tuesday the part that mounts to the chin mount broke trying to take it off due to the plastic becoming brittle in the below freezing temperatures (not a quality issue, that's just how plastic is).

I simply sent them an email that night explaining the situation and before I even saw the reply the next day the replacement was already being shipped. It's now Friday and the replacement just arrived and not only did they send me a new one under warranty, they sent me 3 of them. Overall a good product and great customer service.
