Never used your service but you guys are evil for disappearing and dumping your scooters on the local municipality. I wish you’d get consequences for your actions. And reading some other reviews below it’s well deserved. I hope you never get allowed to start a business here again.

Disappointing customer service and slow handling

My experience with Go Sharing has been downright disappointing. After receiving an unjust fine, I immediately filed an objection with clear arguments and evidence. Despite repeated requests for a response, customer service failed to reply. Even after a second reminder and weeks of waiting, there has been no progress in resolving my objection.

What’s especially frustrating is the poor communication. It seems Go Sharing does not prioritize solving problems or taking its customers seriously. The lack of a timely and appropriate response shows a lack of respect for their customers.

I strongly advise anyone to think twice before doing business with Go Sharing. A company that handles complaints and objections so poorly does not deserve trust. I hope they drastically improve their customer service, but for now, my experience has been extremely negative.

Hard to find positive sides

Terrible UI, not responsive, buggy. Scooters never have helmets and are damaged, though it’s probably not developers fault. Many scooters appear as usable and you can pay to book them, yet when you walk to it and try to ride - it’s not working, the app does not let you, yet it still charges you for the booking. What is it if not a scam?
Moreover, you cannot open a helmet box through the app, some bug prevents it and it’s been like that for weeks, yet you cannot finish the ride without putting the helmets back into the box, so you have to wait for support to do it while your ride is counting and therefore the cost is rising. GPS is not precise at all. The prices are not competitive. One of the worst apps I’ve probably seen in my life to be, this platform and their service seems to be made with absolutely zero effort.

Surprised that sucha. company is allowed to operate in netherlands with so unsteady/unreliable/unusable equipment and support.

Go-Sharing is a money taking scam:-)

I by accident paid twice for a fine, and can't get in contact with their collections department for over a month already(!!). It's quite a big sum of money they received, of course they don't hesitate to reach out to me when it's about paying money, but when the tables have turned, I just get ghosted!
Customer support is absolutely useless, they only redirect me to the same e-mail I've been harassing for the past month, and they make a "notification" next to my name that does absolutely nothing at all. GoSharing sucks if u need anything:-)

Stealing money!

I used their service in Haarlem (Netherlands) and was happy with it. In January 2023 I added funds to my wallet and shortly after they decided to remove all bikes from the city without any previous warning. I reached out to them to get a refund. Still waiting. Now they say my funds have expired (I wonder why, if there are no bikes to use). I have reached out (again) to their customer service and they asked me (again) to send en email to their finance department. The customer support told me that they actually were unable to send my request to their internal finance department - I had to do it! Wonder why they have a customer service?

Very bad and literally stealing money from their customers.

Terrible company

Terrible company - the latch wouldn’t open on the scooter so they told us to stay in the area and someone would come and open it as I had my personal belongings in there. No one called and we called them every day for a week straight and they just say the same: we will file the complaint and call you back within today. I just want my stuff back but it doesn’t seem that that’ll be happening.

We had a very negative experience with…

We had a very negative experience with GoSharing. We used one of their scooter in 2023 and in the middle of the ride the scooter stopped working (despite full battery). After contacting their customer service they informed us that we can just leave the scooter in that area because there was a technical issue with the scooter. We safely parked it along the road, and one year later in 2024 we received emails from Call2Collect that we need to pay a EUR 144 fine for parking in the wrong area. After multiple times of calling customer service of both GoSharing and Call2Collect they still have not resolved our issue. They have been redirecting us back and forth between departement (of both companies) that are not aligned with each other and they are asking us to prove our phone call with their customer service in 2023, whereas they are the ones in possession of these records. In addition to that we are still receiving emails with warnings to pay the outstanding fine from Call2Collect, even though the GoSharing customer service assured us that while the topic is under investigation we do not need to pay anything. We are so disappointed and we feel defrauded by GoSharing, having wasted so much time and energy on following up on an issued fine for a scooters that did not even work properly. We do not recommend their services and we will never use any of their services.

DO NOT USE THIS APP OR COMPANY. They took £130 out of my account due to a “fine” that I wasn’t aware of and they DID NOT tell me. When you try to appeal they don’t allow you. Once your bank details are on there they just take your money. Hence why the majority of people who have left reviews are within the 1 star rating. DO NOT USE and share this comment to stop other people putting their card details on there. The people that come back via email are also so rude.

I feel all the people receiving a fine. I also received a fine of 90 euros plus riding of 300 minutes. Apparently my bike was also shut off properly and I never received a warning email that it was parked incorrectly. What a joke.

Bad maintenance
