These incompetent people have you spend hour filling out paper work. You get a job for 5 hours and you have to jump thru hoops and spend 10 hours of your time trying to get paid. Beware of low life companies like go staff they expect me to spend more time tracking the check they said they sent. It's been weeks still not paid . I told them rather then go beyond the 10 hours I have into getting paid for 5 hours I'll just notify the labor commission and mat see them in small
Claims court you should not have to beg to get paid or spend twice as many hours as you work trying to collect from dead beats like go staff. Run away from this sorry excuse and unseemly company please beware go staff San Diego cal. Want you to work for no pay. What a bad company

Cons: I don't know how their system works, but it doesn't work well. They have a lot of requirements, but it takes some time for them to get you a job replacement. i'm not even looking for a job that requires special skill, it's just a regular desk job that needs basic requirements. It was only after a few months when I got a call from them and told me if that they found a job for me. But I already got a job a month before and turned them down.

A friend recommended me to this agency when I was looking for a job. My expectations were set at an all time high and truly believed that the process would have been flawless. I worked with one of their staffing agents who helped review my credentials, they were to match me with some great employer but this never happened. I made a couple of follow ups with the agent but in most occasions it was the usual waiting to hear back from them. I would encourage you check with a different staffing agency.

If you are expecting this employment agency to help you find a job, then you better lower your hopes. These people don't care whether you need a job right away or in the future. They contact you as per their convenience and don't bother to answer your calls when you need them. It happened to me.

I approached this agency for a job, and they did a whole lot of formalities and even a drug test to assure them that I was fit for the job. After they were somewhat satisfied, they told me to come to the office the next day as the employer had an urgent requirement. When I reached their office the next day, they told me that the position had been filled and they will contact me if there is another position available.

It's been a few weeks since that day, and they haven't called me. When I tried to contact them, they simply ignored my calls. So, you better learn from my experience and choose another employment agency.
