Go-Transcribe converted my audio files into texts with 100% accuracy. I love the feature that if I want listen to a sentence multiple times, all I have to do is click the first word of that sentence. I can also add my notes to the text too. It allows me to create new folders so I can organize my files very well. Overall, this web site is beyond my expectations. I am not able to comment on price (very reasonable to me though) or how it handles longer content, not able to find another web site that supports multiple languages either.

what a waste of time,, another BS trap... get your in and then you have to PAY.. be nice to mention that on the front end - SCAM in my opinion.

Frustrating! Don't come close! They make you sign up and create an account, then you have to write to their support to delete the account. Just frustrating. They give you 15 min free credit, which if they made it clear would have been useful! step aside to avoid troubles!

I was surprised and totally satisfied by the work of customer service, a human being with compassion, understanding and solutions helped me, and quickly. A complete rarity for onlone apps and services. I am not one who gets involved in rating but this was excellence, not to mention that the app delivered on all attributes exceeding them. On cost benefit basis alone the app delivered, 5 stars!!!!!

My brother asked me if I could type out a conversation between him and his son. And so I did, I started with it, but it sure took me hours to get what I wanted. So I searched the net and found many a transscribe software. Well, you should see what one gets from some of those companies. Go-Transcribe made my day, and like I wrote in my title, it must be lonely at the top.

Made me log in, wait for hours to now, dont have anything transcribed, thanks for loosing my time.

I also want to tell how useful this has been to me. Your transcription interface is excellent. My ability to identify the multiple speakers, to proof for errors (which are relatively few) and to have a visually interactive reading of the audio as it plays, but all before downloading into a Word doc,--all these features are saving me hours of work.

The service worked very well with languages other then english and i highly recomend to use go-transcribe.

Absolutely amazing accuracy! Great results for an automated product. Saves me a huge amount of time writing up meeting minutes.

What total horse manure. After taking 15 minutes to upload a video, it demanded I sign up with email and password. When I went in to use the service, it rejected the password. When I attempted to change the password it said my user name wasn't active. Look, if you're not going to provide a service, just tell me so and don't waste my time.

Over the years I have used numerous transcription services for interviews in our documentaries. Some were good, some were not, but none went as quickly and easily as they did with Go Transcribe. And added to that was the service and quick responses from Vishal to answer any questions I had. I will be back again.

We've transcribed six hour-long interviews recorded on a little Tascam digital recorder (mp3 format) and go-transcribe works a treat. I compressed and equalised the audio using Garageband on the Mac before putting it through the transcribing process and the results are so helpful - not 100% by any means, but good enough to save us days of manual transcription. And the help desk is really responsive, too.

I run a fast-paced digital agency, this service saves me a ton of time, and for the price the accuracy is really good. It's allowed me to save so much more time. I had a small issue with file formating, as I am not a technical person, I sent a message to the support team and they replied really quickly.

Pricing is more valuable compared to other transcription services I have used in the past. Furthermore, the interface is very friendly to use, making my journey as productive as possible from start to finish. Having been using it for the last 6 months, I am also continuously seeing developments, keeping the service highly innovative with great output. A very useful tool for all those who are not natural note takers!

Great! Easy to use and user-friendly interface made it straightforward for a non-tech person like me to use. The results were not 100% accurate but it transcribed interviews pretty well. I am surprised how accurate the software is with different accents. It is so productive to use a tool like this.

The program is extremely user friendly right out of the gate, I didn't really have to read through the manual - the program and process made sense. I can only imagine how difficult it must be to transcribe a digital recording to text with all of the noise and different accents inherent in a recording. For the most part, I it transcribes correctly at a 70-80% ratio which still requires me to listen to the recording after I have exported to a word doc to correct any mistakes on the transcription. Once in a while, a host or group of words are missed completely on the transcription, but other than that, extremely pleased.
