While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

To protect platform integrity, every review on our platform—verified or not—is screened by our 24/7 automated software. This technology is designed to identify and remove content that breaches our guidelines, including reviews that are not based on a genuine experience. Don’t touch tgem

This company purchased Blinkist in 2023. Blinkist is an app that allows you to read 15 minute condensed books from multiple on their platform. I found that having paid nigh on £60 to get the premium subscription they then charged you again to read each book. Or you had to get the top subscription nearly £130. Don’t touch this company because if this is their business model then I’m sure this dishonest streak runs through their entire company.

This is not essential learning made easy as they claim

The content is good, the platform is poor and the customer service is worse. The reports are unreliable and the company retires modules without warning making data retrieval really hard. When you raise concerns you are just told that they never said they could do that and they won't be held accountable. Worst platform I have ever paid for.

Content Partner: BUYER BEWARE

The worst "partnership" for content partners. GO1 charge a pretty penny to their customers, and near nothing ends up in the pockets of Content Partners.

If you're a content producer, warning to you – don't partner with GO1.

If you're wanting content, sure, GO1 might have a library available, but do yourself a favour and go direct to the author... pay the producer, not the gateway.

Do not use for corporate training

This company sends requests to do training and, less than 48 hours later, sends a scolding email to one's line manager (weeks before the training is due). It sends such emails even after training has been completed (not least because the courses aren't integrated with other HR/IT systems) and - like many dodgy companies - makes it really difficult for you to contact them and point this out. In addition, the courses themselves are puerile - employing narrators, for example, who clearly want to work in kids TV.

Excellent LMS & 24/7 Customer Support!

What I love about GO1 is their 24/7 Support. With GO1, learning is not limited to desktop or laptop computers. Because of its mobile-friendly interface, our employees can view courses and gain new knowledge on the device of their own choosing. This is a great LMS, truly mobile responsive, beautiful design, user-friendly and technical support second to none.
