Africa feeds the soul like no other place on Earth! Its vast diversity, beckons to us to return to explore new areas that offer the uniqueness of each landscape. The spiritual awareness of seeing the wildlife roaming freely on the savannas of East Africa and the Gorillas of the mountain forests, absolutely rocked my world beyond words. Of course, my grandchildren needed to see this! So trip 2 included a little larger group and an itinerary that also included S. Africa, Zimbabwe and Victoria Falls - with exciting activities at the Bakota Gorge for our young adventurous adults…Cape Town and wine country are easy add-ons. What a difference this trip made! My grandson found his purpose and my Grandaughter and husband, committed to finally starting their family. We now have a new baby in the family and another on the way🤗. My husband and I were drawn back once again-this time to explore the more remote areas of Tanzania. The kopji outcroppings are unique to this area and offer excellent big-cat perches. It is easy to add a visit to the crater and/or a trip to the beaches of Zanzibar from here. Needless to say, the choices for that “once in a lifetime experience”, are endless in Africa. However, if you are a fan of a stress free vacation, navigating the complexities of travel between countries, camps, etc is next to impossible without the help from a staff that knows the area (believe me, I’ve done the research!). Go2Africa has just booked our 4th trip and I wouldn’t travel without them❣️ Thank you for enriching our lives beyond measure and taking such excellent care of us along the way. We will see you soon!

I spoke to a few companies regarding our long-awaited Safari trip. Go2Africa were by far the best, from the 1st point of contact with Ashley who was excellent with itinerary suggestions and recommendations through to dealing with Nawal who was so very helpful with everything post booking!Ashley & Nawal were always available for queries, although the information and app provided by Go2Africa was very comphrensive. They were helpful, informative and nothing was too much trouble. The trip itself was absoloutely incredible. Both my husband and I were blown away by the whole experience. We stayed in 2 camps, Samburu and The Masai Mara. The camps were fabulous as was the Managers and staff including the drivers who were just amazing. Nothing was every too much trouble for them. From the moment we landed in Nairobi, our transfers, check-ins with hotels and lodges were just so smooth and stress free. My husband & I would highly recommend Go2Africa. We don’t often use Travel Agents so it was important to find someone with local knowledge and who would provide good customer service.They delivered on both fronts and enabled us to have the most wonderful and memorable 1st Safari. We have recommended Go2Africa to our friends and family. 

This amazing trip was a 3 week whirlwind that encompassed 3 different countries, multiple flights, tours, drives and borders and it was completely seamless. We had not one worry the entire time we were away. The sights we saw, the experiences…I can never say enough about Africa, and go2africa made it unbelievable! Our properties were chosen for our likes and our budget with such care. It really was the perfect vacation and the best 3 weeks of my life.
Sadly our second trip was not to be, as my husband passed away, but go2africa treated me with such care, compassion and concern when I had to cancel our plans.
People say you can judge businesses by repeat customers. I’ll be heading back to Africa again in 2027, a solo journey this time, but go2africa will be there with me every step of the way.

We took my 97 year old mother to Africa. She got pneumonia 10 days into our 3 week trip. She was evacuated to Harare, Zimbabwe, and we were still in the ER awaiting test results when Go2Africa sent someone to help. This wonderful woman found me dinner, a nearby hotel & drove me to and from the hospital each day. Go2Africa also arranged for my husband to make it to Harare as there wasn't room for him on the medical flight. 10 days later, when my mother recovered and still wanted to see giraffes and lions, Go2Africa was able to rearrange our trip and extend it by 10 days, so my mom didn't feel as if she missed out. We are going back to Africa in a month with Go2Africa, I wouldn't go to Africa with anyone else. I'm sure there are many good trip planners for Africa, but Go2Africa was there every step of the way with the help we needed, when we most needed it.

Once again Mary and Annali organised a brilliant holiday for us, they kept in touch with us regularly so I always felt we would have backup if anything went wrong (which it didn’t!)

The trip was absolutely wonderful! We had a brilliant guide, Mr. Donovan who was so knowledgeable, kind and warm! The trip was well curated and our itinerary and accommodation was top notch!

This was my second trip with my husband and we are coming back in 2026 with our whole family! We love the animals, the sunsets, the night sky and the people! The safari drives with the rangers and trackers are so impressive. Their knowledge and expertise is beyond any expectations. They know the animals, insects, plants and teach so much along the way. Everyone at the lodges are attentive and fun! The food and hospitality are excellent.

We traveled to Cape Town and Kruger in February 2026 and had the most incredible experience. Go2Africa made the planning such a seamless and enjoyable process. They always answered any questions we had and the communication was amazing. We were nervous traveling to Africa from New York, but all of that went away with the organization and communication Go2Africa provides. Every transfer, tour, activity, guide, etc was AMAZING! The safari experience at Thornybush was some of the best days of my life. HIGHLY recommend Go2Africa for an unforgettable and enjoyable Africa journey.

The go2africa team, namely Kate and Charlotte , arranged an amazing experience of a life time. The package was tailored specifically for us and the entire 16 day adventure went off without a hitch. The itinerary was detailed, the camps and hotels 5 star. Looking forward to doing another safari soon.

Every guide we met both in Cape town and on safari were top notch- both enthusiastic and knowledgeable.

We booked the Botswana family trip with Lucy and Susan and was a pleasant experience and they were very good on exploring it. Unfortunately i tore my hamstring 3 weeks before the trip and my surgeon after an MRI advised me to not travel . I approached the company with medical certificate they refused to give me credit for future trips or refund. This was an expensive family trip and we were very disappointed with GoToafrica management

Most amazing trip ever , from the moment we were picked up at the airport to the time we left, everything was looked after. I have to be honest my husband was a bit nervous about the trip, as you always hear things like SA is not safe, well that could not be further from the truth, from the moment we landed and there was a car to pick us up to bring us to our hotel, to the well organized adventures we did , everything was looked after and we never had an issue or concern, Ramona and Beandri did a fabulous job.
It started in Cape Town, our hotel they chose for us was amazing, and we did the tour to Cape Point, we hiked Table Mountain which was amazing, we went to the VA Markets , went to the coloured houses area, and so much more,the food was amazing everywhere we went, then we were off to Stellenbosch which in my opinion is a must see the town has such charm and the restaurants and food again is spectacular, we drove to Hermanus which is such an amazing town, now our whale watching tour was cancelled because of the windy weather, but we still went as the town is so beautiful, then off to Agulus where the two oceans meet, the views were spectacular……. Then we were off to our Safari Shumbalala Lodge , which was over the top Amazing, our Guide Phillip and Tracker Tony were incredible. The rest of the staff there was so incredible they looked after our every need, and made so many special meals for us and so many lasting memories,,,,,,, I highly recommend this lodge as well, Then after this we went to Victoria Falls which was absolutely amazing,,,,,, again the people and the views and the food, was next level……. I honestly do not have one thing I could say I wish had of been better as the entire trip was AMAZING….. I could go on and on, but please if you are thinking about going to South Africa do, do not let the fear of going stop you, we felt 100% safe at all times, and again the people , food, adventures and sheer beautify of South Africa was amazing ….. It’s a trip of a lifetime 😀

All involved in our trip to the gorillas in Rwanda were exceptional including planners, ground crew, drivers, hotel staff, guides, etc. Recommend highly!

I decided on a last minute trip to South Africa for my wife and I for safari and wine country. I interviewed a few different travel agents but after talking with Ashley at Go2Africa I knew I found the right one. She, along with Stuart, took time to understand what I was trying to create with the trip and then delivered an amazing itinerary to suit. They were both very knowledgeable about the locations and took as much time as needed to answer questions and brainstorm unique activities. I had to delay the trip last due to an injury and they really helped me work through the last-minute change to minimize out of pocket expenses. It was the trip of a lifetime and we will be working with them again on our next African adventure! If you are considering a trip to Africa I highly recommend the Go2Africa team, specifically Ashley and Stuart.

Have always made my own travel plans. Being this was a bucket list trip and no experience in Africa, we looked at several travel agents and companies. From the first interaction with Emma who asked questions and created an amazing itinerary to Maureen who was there for every detail from vaccinations, what to pack and the timeline for every step. Created a very personal itinerary, felt very cared for in every step from beginning, during follow up after. High recommended.

Choosing Go2Africa as our travel advisor and booking agency was our best decision in planning and going on our incredible southern African adventure in September & October 2025. We spent three weeks in South Africa, Botswana and Zambia, and loved every lodge and hotel experience. Go2Africa, and more specifically Stuart Coffey, allowed myself and my partner to have the most unique and amazing experience. Not only did we get to have the most perfect holiday and see the most amazing things, we didn’t have to worry about anything at all, as Go2Africa had everything organised for us. Stuart was so helpful prior to us leaving for our holiday, ensuring that we get everything we wanted out of our experience. Without Stuart and without Go2Africa, we would not of been able to experience Africa the way we did. We can’t wait to book another holiday with them.
