I have used Go2Africa twice now and couldn't be happier. 20 years ago with my parents and again in 2019 in an attempt to take our children to Africa. We worked with Rikke in 2019 but unfortunately the trip was postponed twice due to Covid and then cancelled due to a death in my family. Rikke kept us informed during Covid and then when we had to cancel she helped with cancellations and partner refunds before we submitted to insurance. This year, 2026 on our 4th attempt to travel, I reached back out to Rikke! She is professional, prompt in responses and very organized with great advise. We travelled to Zimbabwe and S. Africa and had a brilliant experience. Transfers, meet n greet, excursions & accommodation were all excellent. Food in S. Africa is amazing. The private reserve(no malaria)was beyond expectations. Don't hesitate to travel to Africa and definitely work with local, knowledgeable agents like Rikke & Go2Africa.

From our very first email and video call, Ashley made us feel at ease and gave us the confidence to know that we were in good hands. She listened to what we wanted to see and do, but was honest enough to bring us back to earth so that we stayed somewhere near our budget! She helped us plan the perfect African holiday and then handed us on to Susan, who managed to put all the logistics together so that everything ran like clockwork. This was from the very first moment we saw our names on the signs at Cape Town airport, to the very last transfer back to the airport in Johannesburg. The accommodation and activities chosen for us were spot-on and knowing they were always there if we needed them (we didn't) was very comforting. I cant recommend Go2Africa enough.

From choosing places to visit, with very good suggestions following our preferences, to the speed of responses, always accompanied on all transfers, excellent accommodations. Having all the transfers lined up was such a blessing, I can't imagine having to schedule everything on my own. All the places they picked for us to stay were absolutely amazing. The food at each please was outstanding!

Go2Africa was amazing. We planned our honeymoon with them, by far the best holiday we ever had. The stays that they found for us were beautiful, intimate, exclusive and we experienced the best service we ever had. Only keep in mind that they are a luxury travel agency (something I didn't know up front) so their minimum budget limit is quite high...

Can not say enough good things about Go2Africa. The entire process was exceptional. All of my concerns and questions were answered in a timely manner. Every accommodation was 5 star. Every detail was thought out. Highly recommend them.

Their expertise ensured we didn't just book a trip—we crafted a once-in-a-lifetime adventure.

I booked this trip for my daughter and I, this trip is my daughters ultimate DREAM trip and I expressed that when I found this wonderful company, I did splurge more also because of it, Go2Africa made the whole process so easy and it was just so amazing all around, I can't say enough how wonderful everyone was throughout our whole trip, I will most definitely book again in the future with this company, Giada and Annali were so thorough and responsive, I LOVED the app and all the details, the help with planning and so many questions are included in the app as well, the prompts and notifications from the app were so appreciated, I could have never planned such an amazing trip on my own. From the very beginning working with Ashley to plan the trip to then working with Maureen O to coordinate everything, to the trip itself, & follow up during/after, everything was professional prompt & excellent. Every facet of the trip was impeccably executed - smooth, seamless & hassle free. The accommodations & the camps/staff were stellar. Exactly what we wanted & then some. Just fantastic.
