Unacceptable
They sold me key for Xbox Live that was already used. I had to ask Microsoft support for confirmation that the key was already used. And despite confirmation that the key was used long time before I purchased it, after 1.5 weeks still no refund or resolution from go2arena.com.
I would not recommend to use this site.
