I’ve been waiting for support for…

I’ve been waiting for support for several days now, and no one has responded to my emails. I genuinely need help with my issue, but I feel completely ignored. This level of customer service is unacceptable. I am very disappointed and expected much better.

Absolutely useless

Absolutely useless. I sent two messages, but received no reply. I have over £200 in my pending payments but have not receive a single payout yet. Gave up and deleted all the affiliate links from my social media.

Used to be very good but the support…

Used to be very good but the support turned to shit.

We had an issue, they refused to help.

I left a bad review on Shopify and they just did not care at all, read it, acknowledged the issue and didn't even want to solve it. Bad service.

Paid since 6th of December, still can't use it 5 months later

The customer service is a complete joke. I emailed them many times. Sometimes I got an email saying it was forwarded to the technical team, but we never got a solution. So 5 months of paying, huge frustrations and many, many, many hours wasted. We decided in April (5 months later) to stop it and switch to a system that does work.

No functionality on free plugin so i…

No functionality on free plugin so i upgraded to paid. Still useless/no functionality, but now i'm paying for the uselessness. No downgrade option on account. "Support" chat is a scam: the usual bot says that it's connecting me with live support. Long wait and chat with "Rosie" who's communication is undifferentiable from a bot. Useless.

Customer service is a complete joke

Customer service is a complete joke. As a company paying to integrate in to our website the service is non existent. Been waiting now for 8 weeks to get an issue with their app resolved. No communication. Just a "we've bumped you up our list" email. Stay clear if you want a trustworthy and reliable affiliate partner.

Very Slow, Poor Customer Service

Awful Customer Service

I issued a complaint 3 weeks ago when we noticed our affiliate program had been down for a month. We weren’t notified on their end that there were any errors, which is unfortunate and should be a part of the paid program.

Contacted them numerous times (I’d like to say my number is well over a dozen times of getting in touch with them) and each time I’m told they’re bumping me up to tech support.

3 weeks of that with no one to actually help with our account, while we continue to pay for a service that is not working. We have dozens of affiliates waiting to be paid but no orders are being linked to their accounts.

I wish their customer service was better and that they’d get back in touch with us to truly fix the problem or tell us they can’t. Either way. We’d like the issue to be resolved at the very least, and to have a month of service reimbursed would be the icing on the cake.

Absolute nightmare

Ultimately full of scam companies who use goaffpro to get sales via affiliates but don't pay out the affiliate's commission.

Bar a couple of reasonable and decent publishers I just seem to spend time chasing payments from companies. Sometimes they deactivate their affiliate program and don't bother paying anyone. Sometimes they deactivate their website itself.

Sometimes they will pay out commission due after months, and many repeated attempts to get what I am owed, and often going round in circles. Sometimes they lie and say they've paid when they hadn't. Mostly they just ignore me.

I am owed several hundred pound as a goaffpro affiliate from various publishers using goaffpro technology that I've basically given up any hope of getting.

Regards goappro, a long time back they told me to highlight such issues to them so their 'compliance team' would deal with it. Naturally when I did so they ignored me.

More recent attempts to get support from goaffpro got a 'nothing to do with us' response - however they are providing technology which is allowing companies to get sales via affiliates but not actually paying out commissions, and where goappro are made aware they are allowing these companies to remain active on their platform, essentially enabling scammers.

Affiliates, goaffpro is way more hassle than it's worth. And to the good and decent publishers, maybe better for your business to be instead associated with a trustworthy, reputable, honourable alternative rather than goaffpro

Account BLOCKED AND DELETED no reply to my emails😳🤔

I was Afilliate to cultivateelevate.com, when I ask for the comission to be paid my account was blocked in goaffpro and after deleted.

Cultivate Elevate does not answer to my emails.

I requested the payment with PayPal and they have canceled.

Now I have not been paid, I sent an email to goaffpro to see what can be done, no reply..

I hope this review calls their attention.
