I have known Cornell professionally for many years. I have always admired how he connects with young people, many of whom are very challenging. He has a skill to connect and relate, however is always professional.

I have also had the pleasure of seeing Cornell refereeing a game. The managers complimented Cornell on facilitating the game really well and with fairness and kindness & clear communication.

More recently, Cornell has been mentoring my eldest son. I couldn't think of anyone I would rather do this as he is passing valuable knowledge to him around refereeing and what to expect.

I would highly recommend Cornell to anyone who is thinking of using his services, as his passion, patience and genuineness create a great role model.

Cornell was able to offer a bespoke introduction to refereeing session to some young people. A lot of key and valuable insights provided. The session was well structured and was delivered in an hour so as not to lose the interest of the people. Would highly recommend.

On Cornell’s initial visit to our Over 60’s Group, in March 2025, he introduced our members to the world of Basketball. As a result, some members got the opportunity to attend their first ever Basketball Match, the experience was an exhilarating one for all.

Cornell returned to the group a few weeks later and delivered a Black History presentation. This included a quiz which focused on notable black people who were broadcasters, Inventors, Politicians, Comedians, Musicians, Poets and Sport Professionals. This was a very engaging, educational and enjoyable session.

Cornell was able to bring new learning and new experiences to members of our over 60’s Group; opportunities they would not have otherwise had access to. Cornell’s approach was calm and encouraging and we’re looking forward to future sessions planned with him.

Cornell has provided the young people at our youth zone with a great opportunity to both develop their skills and gain employability. Could not be more happy with the service Cornell provided.

Cornel recently delieverd a referee course on teams for my son. He was professional throughout and was a great help in helping my son to understand everything related to the course. My son was very pleased with his presentation and learned a lot from him.

Cornells sessions were well structured and informative giving the boys value information for future life

This was perfect for my son. This opened many doors of opportunity for him. I was impressed with the delivery of the content and the organiser. I would definitely recommend.

Very supportive and understanding of all different types of people. Also the tasks for engaging and relatable, as our thoughts were constantly being asked for, so it felt inclusive as everyone was involved

Cornell has been amazing at opening up opportunities for my Son that he would not have been able to access otherwise and has delivered informative workshops

I believe that the workshops that Cornell is producing are great ways for young people to understand how life works, they inform us on the difficulties that may be in our way in our future lives, how to tackle them and not fall into the problems in the first place. The workshops have had a big impact on how I see the economic world and I can imagine everyone else who are taking part in them have too. He has also shown and explained the different ways in how you can be a ‘young entrepreneur’, this was one of our workshops and a very useful one. We talked about how we can start business and how we can start saving our money these tips impressed me and have made me think about how I could save money now for when I am older and may need the money. He has also gave us the massive opportunity on getting our refereeing qualifications which is again teaching us lessons and earning our own side income away from our education.

Overall the workshops have been a massive eye-opener to the real problems in life and have taught us all important lessons about economics, I would like to give a massive thank you to Cornell for taking me on board in his workshops.

I 1st met Cornell a few months ago when he was refereeing our U8's game & can honestly say he was 1 of the best refs ive had in the last 10 years of grassroots footie, he was fantastic with the kids, after speaking at the end of the game Cornell offered my U15s a great free opportunity to complete their FA referee course which 5 of our lads are doing, since then Cornell has ran on a weekly basis 6 teams workshops regarding awareness for gambling, money matters with a lady from virgin bank, a young entrepreneur workshop & how to be a good referee, his workshops alone have taught the 5 lads in our squad so much knowlage & thats without their referee quantification all for free, Cornell is fantastic at what he does & has so much passion in helping young people make our world a better place, i would 110% reccommend Cornell, hes worked amazingly with 5 of my squad & all 5 are really impressed, cheers mate & thanks for all your help
