This man is terrible and should get his license burned. He did my back lipo and bbl tell years ago. He butchered my body and my butt is still flat. I didn’t see any of these horrible reviews years ago. The entire procedure took 10 minutes. I still can hear the surgeon, Asst. stating “that’s it?”. I am humiliated to this very day.

Giving them 1 star is being generous. I’ve had my procedure scheduled for 2 months now. I’ve made every payment on time and submitted my bloodwork when it was due. I get a call today saying we either need to reschedule the day or the location. Either way I have to travel further or pay for the labs again. Another $700. They advertise that it was one amount and then tack on another $1000! I’m so beyond frustrated with this company but i almost feel more mad at myself for not really paying attention to the reviews! PLEASE SAVE YOUR TIME, MONEY & SANITY AND DO NOT GO HERE! Please learn from my mistakes as I really should’ve listened to the reviews

This lipo procedure was done at Airsculpt with Dr.Anthony Perkns in NYC LOCATION .I DEFINATELY DO NOT RECOMMEND!. He is the furthest away from a 'professional' that you can ever get. Laughs and jokes with the nurses during the surgery, not paying attention or caring to the patient or the surgery. Tossed me around like a ragdoll, no respect or consideration! .IT SEEMS LIKE A JOKE TO HIM!! Reminds me of a middle schooler trying to impress the girls (Nurses) than paying attention to the patient and surgery, and it shows by the horrid outcome! Worst experience of my life! I do not want to see anyone else hurt by him!He is also not board certified so I found out later!(yes it shows!) Beware!
Besides Airsculpt is nothing but a scam!

Did a bad job and did not suck fat out right and distributed fat unevenly and I am still fat n butt is flat

I needed to reschedule my procedure and was told I would loose my initial deposit of $750, I was asked to repay the deposit but not told that my repayment initiate a new contract for a higher price. I repaid the deposit now stuck in a new contract requiring me to pay an additional $1200 if I dont pay by this week I loose $6700. I was scammed

Guys these people are scammers I booked a surgery to get done at Goals Plastic Surgery my booking fee was $500.00 total cost for the surgery was $5500.00 USD I paid the booking fee plus additional $970.00 USD my surgery supposed to get done in Miami on the 14th of November. Contacted them last Monday 2nd Of September to reschedule my procedure as I was unable to go in November as I'm in the Caribbean. I kept calling them emailing them and no one is responding yesterday I tried calling them and didn't get through apparently they blocked me from calling. I am aware that there was a rescheduling fee to be made if I needed to reschedule which I didn't mind but these people are scamming people their hard earned money and I need help in getting it back.

The whole experience in Goals was not the best from setting up the appointment and having all these different people call you and no one knowing anything that you’ve spoken to other representative about previous conversations was absurd! No one seemed to know what was going on from the previous conversation that I’ve had! Up to surgery time Vera was actually pretty good and helpful. Surgery went well but the aftermath and the massage did not! Massage therapist decided to do back to back massages when they were suppose to be done at different times! With that said she cheated me out is massage because she decided to do them back to back! They didn’t give me the proper guidelines to follow once I was out of surgery other than an email with the postop of what i should and shouldn’t eat, but any questions , that I may have had no one bothered to follow up to see if there were any! After I went back to tell them they cheated me out they said they would have someone check the camera footage and get back to me Monday ! And they did but then told me that because the therapist notated what time she started massages and finished they wouldn’t do it even after I said well that’s not what happen any wouldn’t check it ! She said because they said it’s not necessary! After spending the money we do with them they should consider customer concerns and look into it further but they failed to do that! I will not recommend anyone to do there surgery there and find another place that will be more advocate to their patients

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! Do not use Goal Plastic Surgery and especially not get your surgery with Dr. Pittman . All of them are horrible. They will never bother to send you the instructions right after your surgery . They will keep Scheduling you for fake follow-up appointments, weeks after weeks your surgery!. You will never speak,text or see the doctor ever again.
They only care about the money, but what happened to you later on is not their problem. Even if you having issues with your surgery wounds. RUN FOR YOUR LIFE. WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE

I paid for semaglutide injections 3 month program (1300.00) I only received 1 month worth of semaglutide in February. They stole my money and I don’t have the weight loss medication. Customer service never returns calls and they lie to you and take advantage! I will be filing a complaint with the Attorney General in Florida! Stay away from this place!!!

No money back. No fixing with out another payment down. Same body no results. rude and unprofessional. Oh and they don’t call back. Don’t let them trick u into this.

Where do I begin? How about a surgical center run entirely by sales people? Yes, you do not meet a doctor until 10 minutes before surgery. The sales team gets you to sign the e-contract, although it's not legible to the naked eye, within it, a non-disclosure agreement, protecting them from being exposed. Billing collects your $$$ and a medical assistant does your final check up the week of surgery. Day before my surgery, location was moved to another state!!
I arrived, my adult children were told they couldn't stay in waiting room, they'd be called to get me right after surgery. I was quickly given the robe and cocktail of drugs to "make me numb". I opened my eyes because I felt the pain of the stabs, it burned. I kept saying "ouch, hurts". Next thing you know I was fully dressed with faja (wondered when that happened) and dripping blood/fluids, they walked me to the reception where my kids were buzzed in and they quickly grabbed me, as I could barely stand up straight. Next day, I went for 1st massage, Nancy in Brooklyn was kind and caring. Had 8 of 10 massages which I paid for. My results were awful, they recommended more procedures that could be preformed in office. My 3-month follow up with doctor H was canceled 4 times. It's been 8 months and they still won't let me have a consultation with the doc. My expectations were realistic, just wanted this gross fat off my back and better shaped rear. Today, still have 3 rolls on my back and a flat butt. Draw your own conclusions.

I had supposed to have had bbl 360with fat removed from my arms and stomach to provide all the fat for the BBL. However, its been 9 months and there is no results. I paid over 6,000 with the suggestion they requested and also with the massages which they expressed I need more to see results but the message is for the stomach. They expressed my package only came with three. I called for several months for a follow up got the run around until July when they said I passed the period and for me to come in and get a tummy tuck and beast implants. They just kept suggesting things to get more money out of you forget the results.

I gave authorization to pay the deposit $500. They took the whole of the amount of my surgery off my card $4700. It was supposed to be paid in increments. At first I was just going to let it go. I was uncomfortable with them taking the full amount off so I spoke to the coordinator about it.
I spoke with Maya about it she said billing would call me about it. No one ever called to correct the issue. I asked to change my date. I was told the price would increase. I asked for an updated contract reflecting the new price. I was told I would have to come in the office to get the new contract. I would receive the correct contract amount the day of surgery. I received the first contract through email. I live in Ohio the office is in Georgia. I asked to speak to a manager, I was told no one was available to speak to me. I have cancelled the surgery due to the extremely unprofessional customer service I received. The change in the price and the refusal to give updated contract. I also looked them up online they have bad reviews and a F Better Business Bureau rating. I am requesting the full amount be refunded. Which they are refusing. Nothing on my contract even mentions the refund policy. They act very different once they get your money. The special was for one amount then once you get the contract, you can only get the advertised price if you are under a certain BMI.

A friend of mine had two surgical BBL's by Goals Plastic Surgery and has never been satisfied with the results. The second time the surgery was performed by Dr. Perkins. Right before surgery while on the table she had a question for him and he told her to shut up or he wouldn't do the surgery as I was right outside waiting in the car as she should've came out and told me about the interaction and I definitely would have came inside to talk with him. She didn't tell me until after she went through with the bbl. I asked them after the procedure for before and after photos requested by my friend and they stated they would send them to her and they never did. Her follow up appointment was supposed to be 2 months after by contract by they did not see her until 7 months after surgery. I went with her to this appointment and wanted to go with her in the room as I had questions for the doctor. They told me that I couldn't go with her and the Dr. Perkins would talk to me afterwards. He never saw her and snuck out the back door with other people in the waiting room still waiting to see him. I walked outside to see the back door open. He is not a good Doctor and should be sued along with Goals Plastic Surgery. This is a very shoddy company along with its employees.

For my 1st time experience I say goals performance is great they are on top of things when it come to appointments and message and checking up on you after after surgery I love my experience here and would recommend coming to goals I have no complaints and love my results on a scale from 1 to ten I give them a ten

I am 7 weeks post op and for my personal experience the Brooklyn staff are very nice. I always go early to my post op appointment and they see me just as soon as I get there. The surgery over all was very painful (like any surgery would be) but the recovery went well, im healing fast. I returned to work in a week and had no complications. The staff is very kind and supportive. The massages right after surgery were very painful but worth the pain. I enjoy my results. I didn't want anything extreme, after 7 weeks my body looks natural. That's the way I wanted it. I dont have any complains. Overall it has been a good experience.

Today I spoke with my surgical coordinator Charlotte McKay at Goals in Atlanta, and OMG she is literally the sweetest!!!!! She made me feel so comfortable. She was very patient,kind and answered all of my questions. I cant wait to meet her....

I had surgery in May of 2021 with Dr. Lyons. I was originally scheduled with doctor Perkins but they switched my dr the day of. I felt that the entire staff was very unprofessional and the building had no air conditioning in the middle of May. My results are very mediocre I still have a small but a absolutely no hips. I’m almost 4 months post op and $7,400 wasted just to have the same body I had before. Do not go here. I feel like I was scammed out of my money and went through so much pain for a surgery with nothing to show for.

Awful experience! Stay away, stuff is very unprofessional, surgeons are inexperienced and they even have no an anesthesiologist! DO NOT GO HERE! All of the good reviews are fake, all of the Instagram pics before and after are fakes! Google this business - they are switching names two times because of a lot of people complaining about their service!
