I am loathe to give one star

I am loathe to give one star
I would give none if that was available
Do not use this service
I never completed the form so I never subscribed but they still took £39 from my bank
They did reply to my email cancelling my ‘ subscription ‘ one that I never made!!!

It was very unclear and unhelpful

It was very unclear and unhelpful, the charge of advertised £0.50, to search for a phone, but then charged £39.99. The subscription isn’t that clear and when you are panicking to find a lost phone, should be easier to understand.. please be aware that they charge this not what they advertise to suck you in!!
