Total scam and does not respond to any communication

Do not trust this company

Do not use this company, clearly a scam page. Associated with flooring direct but zero communication via any means by either company. No goods delivered, no updates. Just avoid at all costs, plenty of other reputable companies offering similar products for similar price that actually care and engage

I strongly advise you to shop elsewhere because this store never picks up calls or responds to emails.

Having been looking for a specific product, I found that this company were the onlys ones in the UK to keep it in stock. They are an umbrella company with Flooring Direct.

I called them this morning to ask if I could buy a sample as I wasn't 100% sure it would be fit for the purpose I wanted to use it for. Anyway, Hayley informed me that they didn't stock it anymore and she was surprised it was still on their website.

Feeling a bit forelorn, I started thinking about other alternatives when Hayley called me back. She let me know that they had found a 2m roll and some oddments - she can supply a sample.

Please take note, for outstanding customer service, this made my day. It took effort for Hayley to look back at my phone number and then call me back. Even if this product isn't suitable, I will be revisiting their website for any floor/garden related products.

Expensive, expensive delivery, long wait, full order wasn’t sent, and membrane is cheap rubbish.
Ordered 3 rolls of the weed membrane for my garden. Delivery alone was £16.95, waiting almost a week, despite being told 1-3 days max, what was sent looks cheap, and poorly made, and only received two rolls, despite ordering and being charged for 3, with an extortionate delivery fee.

First time dealing with this company and very pleased with their excellent service. Well done.

Utter rubbish.....

Very very bad communication, actually there is no communication at all. I have been trying to speak to someone regarding my order, nobody answers the phone, I left a message on the web page, I sent emails twice and still did not get a response. I think I will cancel my order.

When I purchased the grass order it said delivery within 12-24 or 48 hours well it’s been nearly 2 weeks now and iv still not got the delivery so I don’t no what’s going on I’m in to minds to cancel this order and reorder from some one that can deliver I’m not happy at all

I am still waiting for delivery ,you follow the tracking and then it stops so I rang the delivery person they can’t help and was told to ring goartificialgrass so for the last 4 days I have been doing this you go on hold for ten minutes then a recording to leave a message then it hangs up there is no other way to speak to any one so I would seriously give this company a wide birth and don’t send them your money because you won’t get your orders

Appalling service who don't reply.
Order some products from them.
1 was missing. So far tried 2 times to get in touch with them and no reply. Going to try once more before contacting my bank.

Also the matting ordered is not what came although seems just as good so far.

Grass never turned up, chased after 2 weeks was told its waiting to be cut then chased after 3 weeks and tufnells had lost it no further stock, however Sally was very helpful and arranged a refund straight away
