I've ordered a few times. This past time the red licorice tasted off- plastic-like texture and fake red (strawberrry?) taste. The cashews were truly awful! I ordered 3 kinds: the crunchy cinnamon and butter toffee were so overcoated & rock hard they was difficult to eat- threw away most of them -and could not taste the tiny cashew at all. The honey roasted weren't as bad but still not worth the insane price. Honestly they should offer their products for less without the fancy unnecessary box and upcharge if you really want it. Ends up in the trash anyway.

Never again. Hard to screw up a caramel, but when you ship to the bill-to, blame being human, the only resolution for which was a 50% discount on a new order, is complete BS. Your reviews are accurate. Wish I’d read them first.

I would give zero stars if I could. I placed an order with Licorice.com on 12/1/25 and as of 12/26/25 I have yet to receive my order. There is no customer support with the only way to contact is by email and then all you receive is a pre-written generic reply. All of my emails have yet to receive any actual help. Plus the shipping information is a mess. Original order receipt shows the shipper to be FedEx but the tracking number comes up as Amazon Shipping. I did not order through Amazon. Amazon shipping could not help since I did not order through them. FedEx does not recognize the tracking number.

I had a question for the goat foods customer service group and they answered it quickly and with positive results.. I look forward to expanding my horizons into many of their other selections.. my son loves the licorice they offer, I would like to try their caramel and look forward to checking it out! I will soon :-)

The quality of the product is excellent however, quite pricey for candy...at least for my budget--that's the only point they lost a star on. I decided not to renew my membership this year and they were friendly, prompt to respond to my cancellation request, and issued a refund without pressure to stay on. That's great customer service and a great product!

I ordered the Taffy in my favorite flavors. Banana, Chocolate and Vanilla. Banana is my favorite. Fresh, soft and yummy. Can't wait to order some other flavors!

They sugar free vanilla caramel was soft. And melted smoothly in my mouth. They are very delicious! I will be ordering again!! I wish there were more flavors in sugarfree!!

G.O.A.T. foods makes the most delicious and addictive caramels with a plethora of different flavors. I highly recommend ordering for yourself, family, co-workers, etc. You will not be disappointed!
