I have been with the firm for over a year and have processed multiple payout but I must confess the customer service is really terrible. You will spend days trying to connect to an agent and they will end the conversation without resolving the situation. Such a pathetic support and trash prop firm 😡. They are not giving funded account. They take so much time more than 5 days to review your account meanwhile other firms give it on same day. I don't even know they give payouts or it's just fake certificates in there discord

I am disappointed with Goat Funded Trader’s service. I have submitted my KYC multiple times, but every time it stays “under review” for an unreasonably long period without any proper response or clear explanation.
This kind of delay shows poor support and lack of transparency. As a trader, I expect timely verification and proper communication, but here it feels like users are being ignored.
If this issue is not resolved soon, it seriously affects trust in the platform. I request the team to either approve or clearly explain the issue instead of keeping it pending again and again.

I am writing this review to share my very disappointing experience with Goat Funded Trader.

On March 21, 2026 at 12:11 PM, I purchased a Funded Account (5K × 2) and successfully made a crypto payment of 31.8 USDT via the SOL (Solana) network from my Binance Spot Wallet. The transaction was marked as COMPLETED and the total amount including network fee (32.1 USDT) was deducted from my account.

Unfortunately, no proper resolution timeline or clear answer has been given.

This situation is very stressful and has negatively affected my trading plans and trust in the company. Since I have fulfilled my payment obligation completely, I believe the company should either activate my funded account immediately or process a FULL REFUND without further delay.

I hope the company takes responsibility and resolves this issue urgently.

Since yesterday, I have been continuously sending emails and messages to their customer support and providing all required payment proofs including screenshots, wallet address, and transaction confirmation. However, I am not receiving any proper response or clear solution from their side.

They only keep saying that the case has been escalated and ask me to wait, but my funded account is still not activated. This kind of delay and lack of communication is very frustrating and makes the overall customer support experience very poor.

I have already completed my payment responsibility, so I strongly request the company to either activate my funded account immediately or process a FULL REFUND without any further delay.

I purchased a funded account and completed the crypto payment successfully. The amount was deducted from my wallet and the transaction is confirmed on blockchain.

However, I later received an email saying that my order was unsuccessful due to a payment issue. It has been more than 24–48 hours and my account is still not activated.

Customer support is only giving template replies and not providing a clear solution. I have already shared my TXID and payment proof.

This situation is very stressful. I request the company to either activate my account or process my refund immediately.

Goatfunded is probably the best prop firm. I recently experienced an underpayment issue when purchasing a 5 K account, and they assisted me promptly. I recommend buying their challenges. This is an advantage and a great opportunity for fellow African countries.

Goat funded trader conducts monthly competition and I came in top 8, it must have been more than a month but I did not receive any email regarding prize claim and when I open the basket and talk He keeps saying to the support team that an email will come but does not tell any exact date and by saying this every time, one month has passed and I have not received the prize till now, when he keeps not giving the prize then why You are doing competition and wasting everyone's time. I talk to the support team but they repeatedly close the ticket in the middle. I had won Rs 50,000. This gft is just a scam.

Terrible customer service. I had to make two reports that spanned over 8 hours of me waiting for a reply. When I was finally replied to my issue wasn’t resolved. Needs to do better.

I have not even received account for evaluation phase after confirmed purchase. I have emailed, chatted with Ai bot on their website and all that i possibly can.
